Unnecessarily rude wait staff!!! My worst experience so far!!! I would say I am a regular customer of this business. I normally order by phone and pickup afterwards. So I had never really had on hand experience dining in till I had family visited from California. I was so excited to bring my family here cos I know they have good food plus I am an advocate of supporting local business especially my hometown. Little did I know that this is going to be the worst customer service I would ever experience. We are a party of 7, having said that it means we will spend good amount of money so we expect good food and at least respectful experience to say the least! But when we came in none of the staff bothered to smile, nor welcome us. There is no waiting area to get seated.So I approached one waitress to ask for a table. Very blanttly and cold she said, first come first served and that we gotta look for our table ourselves when there's an available one. She then turned away. She did not offer to look one for us.No! Luckily, I spotted one available table. I can see that they are busy but not crazy busy. After 20-25 ish minutes, the same waitress took our order for drinks. She then warned us without any tone of sincerity or regret that wait for food is going to take 30 to 45 minutes. What I dont understand is the restaurant is not that busy to render that long of a wait. But the worst part of this service is when she was taking our order, her voice is mean and stern and irritated. She addressed each one of us as "you", you, you 7 times if yous while pointing her pen to each of us like she was doing a roll call in a military line. Absolutely zero sense of good customer service. My brother did not get the right food that he ordered. The waitress did not apologize, did not offer to correct it or replace it. And on our way out, you would think they'll thank you but none of them waved and say thank you to us! I could not believe it! This wait staff is short lady with wavy hair. I think she was wearing eyeglasses but not too sure. She needs to reexamine how she treats her cutomers and how important it is to give a great lasting customer experience. By the way, we are brown-Asian, does our skin color has someting to do with how we were treated?This is my worst customer experience, right in my hometown the good ol Bonduel!...

We had an issue with getting service in the beginning until the owner came over and double checked that we had been waited on. Once she found out we had been sitting there for quite some time without even a drink she made up for it completely. She not only bought us a few rounds of drinks she also gave us a gift certificate for our next visit. We would definitely go back simply for the customer service we received and how she was so apologetic...

Waited 1 hour 45 minutes and something happened to our order never getting put in on accident. Saturday 1pm wasn't busy at all. Fresh hamburgers and fresh hand cut fries is the way to go. You can find that somewhere else.
