this is all complete honesty and NOT an over exaggeration. Every time I have gone through the drive thru at this establishment they have never once got my order right. They have messed up in so many ways and so many times that I have started to believe it is actually on purpose just to benefit there restaurants profit margin. I could be writing this review for hours but just to save time I will just speak of the most recent episode I have had with this location. Yesterday (5/8/19) I ordered at the drive thru and my order was said exactly like this : two triple cheeseburgers off of the 1-2-3 dollar menu, a large fry, a #2 meal (large) with a doctor pepper, and then 1 caramel iced coffee and 1 caramel frappé. When the boy at the window handed me our drinks he gave me 2 iced coffees and 1 caramel frappé. I told him that one of those coffees was supposed to be a dr. Pepper and he fixed it, but then when I get my food it was COMPLETELY WRONG. They gave us 2 happy meal sized burgers with nothing but a bun and a patty. And our fry’s were COMPLETELY UPSIDE DOWN. I went in there and waited 10 mins for them to fix it and it honestly just wasn’t worth my time. This McDonald’s is on the bridge of collapse because of there lack in effort to pay attention. The lady taking orders in the drive thru read me back my order and it was 100% ACCURATE. So I have no understanding to how they can mess up so idiotically. This has happened to many times. I will not be back to this joke of an establishment. And I wish y’all the best in fixing whatever it is that is making the business so...
Read moreCame to the McDonald's here and ordered two hash browns and a sausage biscuit and cheese. Well, I noticed that it tasted funny and I looked at the sausage and it was clearly the day before. The employee an older Caucasian woman seemed irritated and lies to me wheb I used to manage Mcdonalds in McKinney and so I know what sausage patties that have been saved for the next morning's breakfast looks like cause I use to have to throw them away in the morning and tell the cook not to save food for the next day. Well the employee brings me back another sandwich with another old patty and it was slipped together and the cheese wasnt even melted cause she was mad at me for saying it was old. It wasnt wven hot the first or second time I got it. Well I asked for my money back and since my wife ordered it from her phone and she was at work so the manager wouldn't just give me cash back so I left with no sandwich and or miney back for it and the manager was ok with that and sd this is a franchise and they dont have free sandwich coupons. The thing is is this mcdonalds has always been horrible with their food and service and its reflective of their employees. The Hispanic woman who is manager was the most unprofessional manager I have ever had the experience of dealing with. She didnt apologize she only made excuses and refused to make me a fresh sandwich pr give me my money back. I will be cslling the owner snd their corporate district manager. I will be requesting a full refund. Do not eat here its horrible. And the people are...
Read moreWell, there was no attendant/staff member at the cash window for quite some time and upon arrival she took my money then almost threw my change at me. No greeting, no smile, and the personality of a goldfish. But hey, I can deal with that kind of thing; I've done more than my share of time in customer service and fast-food isn't easy. People are impatient and demanding, self-entitled and inconsiderate, and many are downright rude & socially unacceptable.
Because I understand the nature of the beast, I do my very best to be patient with everyone; I make a real effort to understand where people are coming from and how they feel.
I don't even expect to have a 'compasionate' cashier, you don't have to welcome me to your establishment and I won't sweat it too much if you can't manage a smile. However, I do expect basic human decency & and to not have my money thrown at me as you urge me to move on.
I don't know if others expect the same courtesy from staff members of the restaurants they patronize but I hope that particular young lady will come to understand in time the value of treating others as they would like to be treated. Otherwise, she might do well to reconsider her career choice.. perhaps a better fit might include options excluding caring for their valued guests. It is such an enormous responsibility yet it is priority one in the restaurants...
