The food here is delicious. Clean atmosphere, friendly and accommodating staff, and an all around nice pizza parlor. Likely the best food in this area!!
My ONLY recommendations to the owner/s: •Get rid of the "soda fountain behind the counter" thing, and offer free refills that customers can do themselves. This is probably my, and MANY others biggest pet peeve when it comes to these types of restaurants! It is not 1978, and no one carries pocket change for a 50 cent refill. I know that this is a way to cut costs, however it is doing so at the expense of SEVERELY ticking off your customers!!
•Get the ketchup bottles out of your soda fridge, and put them on each table, as well as shakers for hot pepper flakes, parmesan cheese, garlic, amd oil/vinegar. Or at least a condiments station offering these.
•If you are going to have a small kids "game room", offer a game like "Pac-Man", and a claw type game with a reasonable win/loss setting, with prizes more than a pack of bubble gum. THAT BEING SAID, due to the recent changes to the laws, and ESPECIALLY because of your area....I would STRONGLY recommend that you consider putting slot machines in this area, as opposed to kids games. This is almost guaranteed to get you constant, in shop customer traffic. Just a thought.
•Lastly, you need to shrink your menu by 2/3rds. Do a few things EXCELLENT, rather than EVERYTHING mediocre!! There is NO reason to have crab cake anything on the menu! You are right next to Maryland, the crab capital of the world. Everyone knows that these are just reheated, frozen crabcakes...and no one in this region wants that. Maybe this would work in Iowa, but not here!!! Try a soup of the day, a salad, the normal apps, then a few signature dishes, pizza and classic subs. Do a few things GREAT ! (I don't know if you do delivery or not, but due to the area you probably should. That may very well be your bread and butter. Just a thought).
All of that being said, I am only this in depth and critical of places that I REALLY enjoyed, and want to see succeed and flourish!
When it comes down to it, this is a really nice restaurant, with good food, and good people. Keep up the...
Read moreService is atrocious and pizza not cooked correctly. Taste was so-so. And I attribute it to the unprofessional crew at this store.
Ordered pizza with additional chicken topping. But they forgot and made it without chicken. So they took some chicken off of their grill and threw it on to the already cooked pizza. Obviously all the chicken falls off the slice when you pick it up. That's why toppings are cooked ON the pizza in the oven
Upon pointing out this dereliction of proper cooking practice, the guy in charge falsely claimed that this is how ALL Brothers Pizza make it, i.e. chicken is added after the pizza has been taken out of the oven.
Essentially he told me to take a hike and get lost. BtW, they never offered to correct the pizza or make it right....
Read moreOld review...Great subs. Pizza not so much. Appetizers are tops. Price is just above the mark but worth it for the craving. NEW REVIEW: Everyone deserves a second chance and bad day or the new guy bad experience but after several repeated quality, portion, and wrong order issues over the several months this must be said. 7 orders and it's ALWAYS something. So, tipping doesn't give you better food so no more tips for overpriced products with half of what you would expect on any sub. Veggie sub used to be awesome now is sad sad sad.The local community feels mostly the same. Hope...
