Ok thing is from what I have gotten here it's been decent, prices are higher than I would expect. A BLT with one lettuce and a small tomato decent amount of bacon, a hamburger two sides of fries and two drinks total came out to $24 something. Guess that's what happens when there is little to no competition in town, also not a very large amount of grocery selection and sky high prices. Cafe cant say they dont attend well they do and it is the only reason when working in town would consider stopping and eating there, if not I would just not consider it anymore. So if wanting a place to sitdown and eat it's worth the try, just expect to pay higher prices. There are cheaper places but you spend a lot more for gas than what you need. A plus is the owner keeps a pulse on the needs of the community. Since I last commented Booker Grocery has changed hands due to the untimely death of the owner. The good news is he had begun to train his own replacement and Daisy Lira now owns and runs Booker Grocery and Cafe. Everything else still goes and the Cafe has great hamburgers and I love the fajita chicken salad.
