Samson’s Pizzeria of Booneville — Restaurant in Booneville

When I heard from my family about how wonderful the food here is, I was super excited to try a new locally-owned restaurant in my hometown while visiting for Thanksgiving, and I was NOT disappointed.

When we arrived at the restaurant for dinner, it was busy but not crowded, and we were immediately greeted upon sitting and served drinks quickly after.

We ordered several medium-sized pizzas - one cheese lovers, two meat lovers, one pepperoni lovers, and two apple pizzas and one chocolate chip pizza for dessert. Two of us had salads from the salad bar as well. There was hardly a wait at all for our food!

The salad bar was very fresh, and though I didn't eat it personally, my mother thoroughly enjoyed her salad. All of the pizzas were absolutely delicious (I did try some of each!), and my absolute favorite was the apple pizza for dessert. Completely divine. All of our pizzas had original crust, and it's by far the most delicious pizza crust I've ever tasted.

The staff were all amazing, very friendly, and very prompt with refills and bringing us our to-go boxes. I thoroughly enjoyed our family dinner at Samson's Pizza, and I cannot wait to go again. It will absolutely be on my agenda every time I'm back in Booneville.

This is by far the best pizza in our area. Will you wait for it? Yes. Will it be worth the wait? Yes. Anything worth having is worth waiting for. So, you called for 10 minutes and couldn't get an answer. That's because they're answering the other 20 people calling. So, you waited an hour for you order. Everything they make is fresh and made to order. If you'd got that hot in ready in 5 minutes you'd be complaining about how it was nasty and greasy. So, either wait and have the best pizza around these parts or hush up and go get a bland hot and ready. This is a great place to eat and it's something Booneville hasn't had since Campus Pizza shut down 25+ years ago and that's a GOOD, FRESH MADE pizza. So if you're not trying this place because of the very few "bad" reviews do yourself a favor and find out for yourself. I know for a fact one review left was by someone sent in by the competition from another pizza place not too...

Placed a pick up order. Advised it would be 40 min. We go up there and have to wait an additional 40 minutes. I could have overlooked the operational issues but the wings were mushy and flavorless. The sauce was on the side, although the menu states that they are tossed in their sauces. The strombolis were raw in the middle....straight dough. We won't be back. I understand they are a new business but no excuse for some of the problems such as serving raw food and not serving food in the matter that it's advertised in the menu. Also there's no excuse for the owners to call out people who leave bad reviews on other review sites.......the owners admitted they were "trying to figure it out." Hopefully they can get it...
