A gem! - I was afraid this was a tourist trap, as there are SO MANY lobster roll places in the area. This is definitely NOT a tourist trap. In a great location, ample parking, the village bathrooms are right between the parking and restaurant, and it's a very quaint and nice area to eat outside. Speaking of outside - all the tables are covered in case you're hot or it's raining. Also very dog friendly - there's a dog park across the street too!

Food is FANTASTIC. One of the best lobster rolls I've ever had. We also got the special of the day, the shrimp roll, which my hubby thoroughly enjoyed. The Blueberry slaw is super good, I wasn't expecting to like it - but it was delicious. And the seaweed salad outbeats any Japanese restaurant.

Staff is kind, friendly, and tries to wait on you, or at least acknowledge you, immediately. I love Boothbay - the people here are "Wisconsin-nice" if you're from the Midwest, you know what I mean!

We will make this a staple to come to anytime we are in Boothbay. DONT...

This place is a gem of Maine! Came from Chicago to visit family and had researched places to find the best food stops. Kept coming back to Shannon’s and it didn’t disappoint! Me and my son are GF so the option to have GF onions rings was a dream! The haddock sandwich was so fresh I don’t think I’ll ever have anything better. And the GF batter is super light and crispy! Perfection. The star of the show for me was their kindness and service. This place goes above and beyond. I told them about how excited I was to try the blueberry coleslaw and they found one container left for me to experience it before I went home! The fresh tiny wild Maine blueberries in it, yum. It didn’t disappoint. Truly an experience above the rest! Thanks for providing an amazing place for tourists and...

Spent a week in Boothbay Harbor and finally got to try this place! While everyone seems to come here for the lobster rolls, I also really enjoyed the haddock sandwich! Blueberry coleslaw is unique but a great sweet-sour way to finish the meal. I came here two nights in a row at sunset and the views were outstanding, also lots of room for kids and dogs to hang out. On my second night, Shannon was there and was chatting it up with everyone, and even put out some portable fire pits as it got dark. Service also was outstanding, I didn't see name tags (other than "I'm not Shannon," LOL) but everyone I interacted with was super nice and friendly, even though I arrived near closing time both visits. While this spot is slightly outside of harbor town, it's...
