Best Teriyaki & Wok (GLUTEN FREE FOODS) — Restaurant in Bothell

We’ve been coming to Best Teriyaki for 12 years. It’s been bought & sold at least 3 times during that span.

Currently the food is very good. But they only hire one person, who is expected to take orders, answer phones, organize delivery, and clean up. I’d imagine it’s a terribly frustrating job. They’re very nice, but it’s a setup for failure.

Tonight I waited in the store about 25 min after ordering online and waiting for a while at home. Then got our food (she double-checked it to confirm) and I went home. As soon as I got home they called to inform us they forgot part of our order - at least they caught it.

So I returned, and inquired about picking up the remaining part of our order. They were offended that I didn’t bring my original bag back in?!? Then I had to wait another 10 minutes for them to make my food because they hadn’t started when they called us and we confirmed that we were coming back

This is a hidden gem. We have been eating here for past 1 year and have no complaints. Their portions are big and everything on their menu tastes good. They have extensive vegetarian options which is a welcome sign as most teriyaki places barely offer any. We love their Kung Pao Tofu and Spicy Chicken Teriyaki. The staff is courteous and the tables are clean. They have raised their prices recently by almost $4 per item which is understandable but a little steep. They also charge for plastic bags which they can avoid easily by moving to paper bags or giving customers option not to take a bag. Amazing gluten free Chinese! And not just fantastic gluten free Chinese, but fantastic teriyaki/Chinese food all around. Love this place and try to go as often as possible. You will not regret it. They have a huge gluten free menu that you can’t tell the difference and tonight they even made a gluten free king pao off the menu for us. So grateful! Their prices are so worth it as their portions are generous and leave for many extra meals. Can’t wait for our Next trip! Oh they also have a punch card for a discount after a minimum of spending.
