Simple Simon's Pizza — Restaurant in Bovina

Decided to drive from Clovis to Bovina to try the keto pizza since no one locally has keto crust or crustless pizza. The keto pizza is great! Definitely will order again when they open in Portales.

The crustless bowl, was weird to me and my wife. There was no sauce at all, and they put the cheese at the very bottom. So when it’s cooked the cheese melts and sticks to the metal Togo pan. You can’t even scrape the cheese up because it causes a hole in the metal pan. Would be a much better choice if the cheese was on top of the topping and a little sauce at the bottom. See photo I added if the cheese stuck to the pan.

Usually, the pizza we get from here is good but we ordered again recently and were not pleased with our order. We had ordered breadsticks and recieved cheese sticks instead. What if one of our family members were allergic to cheese or couldn't eat cheese? Instead of the marinara sauce for the cheese sticks we recieved a tomatoe sauce or sauce for wings not too sure what kind. The pizza was okay but it looked like their was no effort in cooking it the way it should have been. Im glad we have a pizza place but if some people are going to act like they dont care about the customer service then its not going to get...

Smelled great but was greeted by a bulldog. Walked in and the man in back had a smile that quickly faded with the worlds meanest scowl. I said hello and no answer just the burning eyes and scowl. Another guy came around and I expected to be greeted but he stood there Like my party and I were expected to order and cook out own food while bulldog kept growling. We ended up leaving. May order to go sometime cause it smelled good but who knows we may end up with x lax in our pizza...
