Only reason I’m giving the extra star is because the food was fresh and hot. But other than that if you have a sensitivity to MOLD I would stay away!! The ceiling tiles are covered in mold! Had I looked up as soon as I walked in, I would’ve just walked right back out. But I didn’t notice it until I sat down to eat with my family. I wish I would’ve taken pictures of this place but I was very hungry and ready to get out of there. The older woman working behind the counter was having a terrible time getting the younger employees to do what they were suppose to do. I filled my cup up with Coke and took one sip and it had zero carbonation to it. I went to the counter to see if they could fill up my cup from the drive thru and 2 people looked at me and just turned around. I finally had to say to the older lady working “Ma’am!” Just to get her attention. Everybody else working was young and just looked like they would rather be anywhere but there. I literally asked my husband if they were all in slow motion or something because nobody had a sense of urgency to get everybody’s order ready. They had quite a rush when we got there. I don't have anything against this place, but I've never had a good meal at this location. My fries are usually old, stale, or cold and the powered cheese is either lacking or way too much. My burger is almost always mostly mayonnaise. So much so, that I usually have to use a napkin to hold my burger. I could have sworn jacks uses mustard instead. There's a Jack's over next to Mike Bell Chevrolet, in Carrollton, that is probably the best Jack's I've ever eaten at. If it's the same owner, they might want to just fire everyone and start over. If it's a different owner, they might want to go visit that location and see what they're doing different. If there was zero stars I'd choose that. This jacks location just needs to be shut down at this point. I can't tell you the last time I've gotton something right from there. My order is always wrong. Went by tonight before closing to get a quick milkshake and tender snack meal and sent my husband and they of course got my order wrong. Then when I went back to get it fixed the night shift worker rudely asked me to pull forward and I sat there for almost 15 minutes , she asked for a receipt when they never gave my husband one to begin with. The decided to argue with me saying I was wrong and she got my shakes right the first time. Which is so unprofessional, then when she gave them to me they seemed like they had been sitting back there the whole time melted. is this jacks location not training these kids?
