Moh's Pizza — Restaurant in Bowie

I had an extremely frustrating experience at Moh's Pizza recently. My partner had prepaid for our pizza online, so I went in to pick it up. When I gave the cashier the name on the order, he refused to hand over the pizza. He said he needed to see proof on my phone, which seemed unnecessary given that I had already given him the exact name of the order.

After explaining that I did not order from my phone directly he let me waiting for what felt like an eternity, unprompted he walked away for a minute, leaving me standing there with no communication. When he finally returned, he told me I needed to still show him the order from my phone. So, I texted my partner to confirm everything, as I waited to get a response he just stared at me aimlessly, only for another coworker to step in and tell him to give me the pizza.

It was a simple, straightforward transaction that became unnecessarily complicated by poor customer service and lack of communication. I shouldn't have had to wait so long, or jump through hoops, just to get a pizza that was already paid for. This was a very disappointing experience, leaving me to not even eat the food once I arrived back home and I won’t be coming back.

My household has been eating Moh’s pizza for the last 6 months and with no regrets. Every pizza night (which is normally Fridays) or Football Thursdays involves Moh’s! My toddler will not eat any other pizza but from this establishment.

Pizza is always hot and the ingredients looks and taste fresh. The sauce does not taste cheap and that is a big thing for my house. The cheese is always perfectly cooked, and the crust is soft to eat. Again, toddlers are picky, so when my son eats the crust (he never eats crust)… you know it’s good!

The employees are always friendly when I call in my order, and always leave a positive experience for my husband when he picks up our order. Can’t beat their prices and deals either! Don’t let it fool you though, the pizza is on point. One of these days, we will try other items on the menu. But for now Moh’s is our set place for pizza night!!!
