Went through the drive through this morning, I ordered a sausage, egg and Swiss croissant meal with a coke to drink and a 4 piece French toast stick. When ordering I wouldn’t say she was rude, but she definitely wasn’t polite. When I got to the window she handed me my bag of food and told me to have a good day. I asked her if they had buffalo sauce and she said no. Then she said it’s $1.00. I said that’s fine. And she said she didn’t have time to ring me up so she would just give it to me. Then proceeded to close the window after handing me the buffalo sauce. I waited a second then she opened the window back up and I asked for my drink, she looked at her order screen and then gave me my coke. She apologized and said she had a lot going on. I said it’s okay and just drove off. When I got home ( mind you I live less than 5 minutes away ) my food was cold, not warm, just cold. My sandwich didn’t even have cheese on it, remember I ordered the sausage, egg and Swiss croissant. Swiss is cheese.. the sandwich tasted horrible. I eat sausage, egg and cheese croissants from a box from Aldi’s almost every morning and I’m not kidding those taste wayy better than what I received from Wendy’s this morning. And the French toast sticks? First of all had a horrible flavor, but were paper thin! The only thing that wasn’t horrible were the wedges, and I don’t even really like fries. When I called the so called manager argued with me saying I'm supposed to go on app and hit refund but on the app it clearly has no option to do so. When asked for her boss number. Still being argumentive have me only 6 digits to number. Then hangs up on me when asked what was last four digits. I called back five times before this so-called manager picks up the phone and puts the phone on the table to ignore me and I was on the phone for over 25 minutes before she hung up on my face. I pursued a call back five more times afterwards and was not answered the time that this all occurred was 11:15 11:20 approximately, the time now is 11:53 and I just finished trying to call... Y'all took over $8 worth from me and I didn't get no type of customer service to get this resolved I am very dissatisfied and frustrated and will not nobody to go to any of the franchise stores. After a few seconds I was told to hold. I sit there while no one else was in the other lane, but after a while some pulled up to the other lane. Not long after they took her order. Then they took mine. Today I was only getting a medium frosty. When I pulled up to pay I ask for the manager as I was not paying for this type of service. Manager would not come back to that window so I pulled forward and talked to her. Told her what had happened and I was not paying. She told me well we have two people on the headsets and just looked at me. And also said they were changing out the drawers. Ok, but someone could have told them to take my order first as should have been. The manager never said sorry for the inconvenience but instead just walked away.
