Leona’s Kitchen — Restaurant in Box Elder

In 2024 my daughter and I made our annual trip to the Black Hills...We typically stay at and eat at mostly the same places for sentimental sake but each year we make ourselves try at least one new place to eat along the way. In 2024 we decided to try Harry's Hideaway and we loved it...The food was good and the service was top notch...So this year when making plans I decided to check and make sure it was still open only to find out it had closed but was reopening as Leona's Kitchen...We stopped in this year in June and I have to say it was great...Food was quick and very good...We are breakfast junkies and we will be putting this place on our list for every year now...Leona waited on us and talked with us...We are wishing for great success for you...

Amazing food, great service and a great atmosphere! I've only been here once so far, but it almost felt like Harry's had reopened their doors 🥹. I highly recommend stopping in for a bite! I would have add more recommendations from the menu to my review, but I haven't had the pleasure of trying them all yet. 🤤 You can buy 3-Queens local raw honey here and they have a variety of homemade jams/jelly. That 'hometown feel' that we all love is alive and well at Leona's, and we will be back again...

Best diner I've ever been to. The food was fast, hot, and some of the best. Went here with my family on our road trip and found a secret gem! It was locally owned and wasn't even busy. It has some of the best sweet potato fries ever and no one left hungry. They had a plant wall and a cozy feel. We got steak fingers, blts, and hot hamburger sandwichs. Everyone loved the restaurant and the atmosphere. The server was really nice which Is always a plus. High praise but definitely...
