Great food. Slow service. If they tell you 20min on the phone, triple it.

Not equipped to handle large orders. I was asked very rudely why we ordered during a "lunch rush". Maybe because you're a place that serves lunch?? We ordered an hour before attempted pickup and were the only two people in the place at the time. No one forced you into opening this business. If you're not capable, disclose that up front. It's really easy to set customer expectations from the beginning. Literally just tell people how long it's going to take. You've lost our business.

Decor is a little eccentric. Different building materials used and games and books scattered about. Seemed like it was once old local day care, patched over the years. Oddly though, a tad homey.

Cashier was sunny and pleasant. The PROBLEM? It took 20-25 minutes for them to prep a (cold) ham and cheese and chef salad. And they didn’t even start the salad until I inquired the first time, about 12-13 minutes in (“coming right up!”) there was only one person in line in front of us too.

We got it to go, lest we have to wait longer for delivery.

The food taste: ok. Not bad, no raves.

The cashier offered an apology for the lateness of the food, that’s it. Certainly no warning when we ordered.

Reuben, most of their sandwiches come with Mac salad and pickles. $8.77 including tax. I ordered an Italian sandwich (Corleone) a couple years ago which was pretty good, so gave it another try. Mac salad is pretty good, and nice portion size. Came with a measly 2 slices of pickles. The sandwich was not very good this time around. The pastrami was almost all fat, super chewy and grisly, couldn't even eat some of it. There was too much sauerkraut and not enough meat. The bread was fresh, crisp and delicious.
