Bradford Pub & Grub — Restaurant in Bradford Township

We got into a booth rather fast at dinner time. As soon as it came time to order drinks (it should have been as soon as we got seated) our waitress ran from one booth to another passing us several times, it took her at least 15 minutes to come back to get our drinks. We ordered our food as we put in our drink orders due to our waitress being a bit slow at taking our drink orders. We were also gonna get an appetizer, but our waitress split like a bat out of hell. The waitress didn't even ask if we wanted an appetizer. It took approximately 45 minutes to get our food, which the fries weren't that great and when I order the broosted chicken I wanted dark meat but they gave me white meat instead. In the time we were there the waitress never asked if we needed any refills on drinks, so we had to ask another waitress since we didn't see our waitress and got our check which we also had to ask for. In my honest opinion I would recommend a different restaurant as this one should have permanently...

After coming here almost weekly for the past months since they opened ...The pizza at this place is amazing the best I've found in the area and we've been up here 30 years!!! Egg rolls are the bomb- and the tequila berry salad super yummy.. Burger baskets very good and only five bucks on Mondays! Also love the walleye fingers...The breakfast we've tried was okay.. not my favorite - -- go to leader in Cambridge for that lol .. all around so far the food we have tried has been good to excellent... the service I'm being honest could use a little help... not as attentive as they should be ...even when it's not busy... also depending on who is waiting on you - cuz we have had some good service here... (just giving an honest review.. all in all though worth your money to go there... we will be back often!! Glad to have other options in the area .. we LOVE the Pinebrook but sometimes you just want a little bit...

The skinny blonde bartender with the puffy lips was extremely rude to us. She woul barely look at us when we came up to the bar and didn’t smile once. It was 3pm and practically empty and there was another bartender with her, so she was by no means busy. We asked if we could get a beer and sit on the patio. She looked at us like we asked her the stupidest question in the world and said super condescendingly “they have servers on the patio” and didn’t want to pour us beers. When she was so blatantly rude I told my husband let’s go to the patio and I told her this was our fist time here and we didn’t know that since there’s no sign and no one up front to help. I’ve never had someone be so hostile about pouring a beer.
