if you're looking for a coffee shop that feels like you've actually just walked into a warm hug, look no further! I'm an out-of-towner who is actively envious of anyone who gets to be a regular here. I was looking for a local place to grab a coffee and sit and do some work, but did not expect to walk into the cutest gift shop/coffee bar I could've imagined. I experienced the kindest greeting, and after impulsively buying a candle (which was kindly and swiftly gift wrapped while my blueberry muffin was warmed (!!!!)) and four postcards, I got to choose my pick of cute seats (comfy couches galore, and a bar with outlets!) to sip my artfully prepared chai latte out of a real life ceramic mug. In 2025, they still have confederate memorabilia/decor. On their website they “claim” that their mission is to provide high quality coffee and a WARM and WELCOMING environment. What they really mean is a warm and welcoming environment for (racist) white people. They only have such high reviews because their demographic is almost entirely white and of course, none of them will speak up because it does not affect them.This is PA, what is the point of confederate decorations? Love Station 5! Not only is this an amazing, fun, warm atmosphere, but the coffee is delicious! The staff is kind and friendly. They are great with a new coffee recommendation - toasted marshmallow syrup! YUM! The blueberry muffin was DELICIOUS! Walking around looking at all the interesting things is so fun.
