McDonald's — Restaurant in Brady

After waiting almost 20 min to even be able to order our food, we used a code to buy wich in turn was buy 1 get 1 for a 1$. The manager returning with angie said that we weren't able to use the code because it didn't start until five a m . So I said to her. We have been here for 30 minutes already. And now we can't even use the code. So you think we might get a discount? Because we've been here so long and she said ma'am. I guess I'm gonna go ahead and just give you. I'm just gonna go ahead and give you that the the deal. Because even though we get in trouble for giving you the money off. I'm just gonna go ahead and do it so that way you can get your stuff and go. And? I said I said ma'am, but we've been here for 30 minutes. I mean, it's ridiculous and she said. What do you realize that there's only 2 of us here? And I said to her, ma'am. There's nobody here the rest. Aurant had no people in it. There was a Hey there was no no one there in the restaurant period they weren't busy and I said, ma'am, there's nobody here and she said exactly and I said okay. Thank you. Then they tried to charge us for 2 packages of jelly and a syrup that wasn't extra. It just went with the other sausage. Rate griddle that we had and they were so rude. Very rude and then we sat there for another 20 minutes. Waiting for our food and there was no people there. They weren't cooking for anywhere else. They've them with the every I mean. It was the parking lot, was very dirty.The inside was very dirty.I just amazes me that those 2 people can be a little bit more together than that.The screen where you order the food through the drive through.We're blinking...

Ridiculous, I asked for a replacement on fries because the ones they gave us were BROWN and old. They took the bag back gave me another bag I then drove home looked in the bag just to realize that I’m pretty sure they just put the same dang fries I already had in the first place back in a totally new bag! So I called up there asking for a manager she then said she was the manager and I told her the situation she said yes mam that was me they are new fries I told her no mam these are old and if they are a new set then they are from the same batch of OLD fries! She said no they are new the oil must be bad I said this is ridiculous why in the world would you give customers brown fries! When they Specifically ask for new “FRESH” fries!! She legit tried to argue her statement so I hung up, it was terrible service I got huge sighs and eye rolls when I requested new ones and I got attitude from the manager herself when I told her the problem, I usually try to stick up for them because I’m not a complainer EVER and it’s one of the few fast food places we have but that’s ridiculous to be treated that way when we are paying for it. And when it’s lunch hour, or right after school hours they should already have fresh things out prepared for a huge slam so things like this DONT HAPPEN. Work smarter people not harder. What can I say except your kinda forced to eat here because everything else in town tastes horrible. I recommend the breakfast here over everything. Im not sure why but having no other place to get a good coffee in Brady I continually get screwed over by this Mcdonalds at the McCafe. I order a hot mocha large and it raste different every time. im not sure why but Ive never gotten a full cup anytime. Soending almost 4.00 and only getting a size like a small mist of tne time It doesnt have the mocha in it. It rarely has whipped cream and Im not sure why but I feel that the 15.00 a week I spend on ky Mochas every week Im totally getting ripped off but like I said where else are you going to go??? 711?? Stripes. They need to train tjeir employees on how to use tne machine and what goes into each drink. I probably only get 4.00 out of the 15.00 worth of coffee. I say if your going to ask for nearly 4.00 for a hot mocha please do it right and its insulting to take a drink and it not have any flavoring and it to be half full. I know its probably a pain to make when your busy but if you dont know how to do it OR you dont like malimg them remember please how you would feel if it were your 4.00 and you got less than tne 1.00 worth of Mocha that tastes like you didnt...
