For the location this was a superior burger place. My bacon cheeseburger was great. Have been to this location many times in my National Guard career but had not been there in several years (well before COVID). The inside was updated since my last visit. It was clean and bright. At the time I was there it was packed (during National Guard annual training with about 2000 soldiers on the ground). So service was not as quick as other fastfood locations but if you factor in the drive time to/from Ft. Gibson, Muskogee or Gore, it was definitely worth the wait. You would think with a population less than 300 people that you would treat every customer with respect. I have never felt more disrespected in a family-owned establishment in my life. These people were absolutely rude.

Me and my team work in this town at least 6 months out of the year. I have been gone over 4 months and have no idea if they changed ownership or not... but this is not the restaurant that I have visited in the past. Too bad... ill drive to gore or Muskogee to...

I LOVE this place! The cheeseburger is a classic "malt shop" or Dairy Hut or whatever you call your favorite burger place burger. They're generously sized, the buns soft and the veggies crisp. The crinkle cut fries are perfect. The service is pleasant and friendly. It is not fast food, it is small town burger heaven.
