I called Sunday 9/24/23 with a simple order of a sub. The problem happened when I gave specific instructions as to where to deliver it. I was very clear that it was to be delivered to the RED trailer in front of the address given to her. 20 min go by I call back to find out where the food is since she said 15min. She then tells me “oh know it’s a minimum of an hour” I told her that’s not what she said and she said that’s the pick up time not delivery. Ok her screw up but I let it go. I wait another 45 min for a total of over an hour. The first time she disconnects the call. I wait a little longer and call back. Now she can’t find what’s happened. She says I’m #40 and he’s on #55. She disconnects the call again. I call back. She then says it was delivered. Now I’m pissed because he didn’t deliver it to me in the trailer he went to my client’s house. I finally got my food from my client (embarrassing). Oh and then the soda was wrong too! I ordered a bottle and I got a can. The driver never got tipped for obvious reasons and I got jipped out of money. Fire that girl...

I have been eating here on and off for a few years now depending on how the food is. Their customer service is excellent so I'm not sure what the few negative reviews are on about. The person behind the register who I assume is also the person answering the calls has always been up beat and cheerful. But who knows, everyone has bad days right? They have always had an excellent steak and cheese sub and great fries. What really makes or breaks a place for me is their buffalo wings. Recently their wings have been amazing. Some of the best I've had from a pizza place. Well crisped with plenty of good quality sauce. Poor wings are why I stopped ordering from here for a while about a year ago so hopefully this quality...

Very disappointed I’ve been coming here for a while now and lately it’s been going down hill with the service. Today was the final straw I ordered food at 12:10 and was told it would be 20 mins (a large pizza and 12 piece wing) arrived there 30 minutes later (12:40) and was told my pizza wasn’t done it would be done at 1:15 so I came back at 1:15 to the pizza not even started and anyone who works knows you only have a limited time for lunch I then asked for a refund and was denied that. The lady in the front was very nice about it especially with me being passive aggressive from annoyance but the two cooks the older man and middle aged man were taking it like it was a joke.
