Dunkin' — Restaurant in Braintree

● I ordered food ahead of time in the app and when I got there the door was locked. I called them and no one pick up the phone. I went to get my food through the drive through that I paid for and I get yelled at for ordering food and holding up the line by a somewhat heavy set older middle aged girl is the best way I can describe her. This happened at around 5:50am this morning on Wednesday, May, 15, 2024 if anyone wants to look at the cameras and fire her. The other lady on staff was very nice. ● This review is to inform the general public to the best of my ability at the moment and to inform management of her inappropriate actions towards me. If that girl yells at me again for no reason I'll inform the general public even further of her inappropriate behavior and post a picture of her on line linking her to this dunkin location. ● I will take this negative review down when she don't work there anymore or apologies for not thinking right...

Coffee tastes disgusting and the manager Monique is disgraceful. I go out of my way to go to a different Dunkin' every morning because this one not only has bad coffee, it has horrible customer service. Beware. Other Dunkin's in area will trade out your bad coffee for you and explained they get at least 5 people coming in per day switching out coffees from this store. They also wont hesitate to tell you how horrible this store and manager are, not that I needed confirmation! Laughable that surrounding stores expect to fix this stores...

So I went to Dunkin’ Donuts to give me a coffee. It was two Caucasian people ahead of me. She greeted them very friendly she like hello happy new year, but when my turn came, she did looked at me like I was crazy didn’t say nothing didn’t greet me and I was waiting for her once I got my coffee. I was waiting for her to say happy new year to me, but she end up not saying nothing to me so I saw oh you’re not gonna say happy new year to me because I’m black and she said oh happy new year and have a good day.
