I stopped in this morning to grab a quick cup of coffee. As I was filling my cup I sat and listened to an employee by the name of Jackie just trash talk each and everyone of her fellow employees. It was loud enough for any customer in the store to hear. I have managed people my entire life and the negativity and cancer that this lady spreads throughout her fellow employees is unbelievable. This is not the first time I have experienced this behavior from Jackie. Today, I just couldn't hold my tongue any longer. In a very positive way, I explained to Jackie that spewing such negativity was deploring to listen to. I further more told her I believed she should move on instead of ruining customer experiences and destroying the work environment of her peers.
