One of my favorite places to play live music at. Comfortable atmosphere, friendly patrons, and the bar owners go out of their way to make everyone feel welcome. Drinks appropriately priced. The last few shows, they'd made Jell-O shots for people to take when they want. The beer garden out back is a refreshing space to get some air, sit back, relax, and indulge in conversation with friends new and old. Small town hospitality...

Came for a night of a pool tournament. Met a lot of characters; all great people! Prices were astronomically healthy. I can't think of some bars in my home state with better decor. You owe it to yourself to visit The Corner Bar, and to do it soon. Whether darts, shooting pool, getting drunk or playing arcade poker is your thing, this place has...

We were originally going to stop at Mel's Bar & Grill, but they were closed, so we decided to head over to The Corner Bar instead which is located in Brandon, Wisconsin. To be totally honest, we weren't sure if it was going to be a place for us. We don't drink, and we couldn't find a menu online, so we didn't even know if they served food 🍻 Before deciding, we asked the lady working at Brandon Meats & Sausage across the street if she had ever been there. She immediately said yes and told us they had amazing food so we took her word for it. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted and treated like locals. When the bartender asked what we'd like to drink and we both said water 💧, he never made us feel out of place at all. Instead, he jokingly called us "the newbies," which we loved. He was friendly, personable, and instantly made the experience that much better. For food, I ordered the Bacon Cheeseburger, and Melissa ordered the Western Burger with BBQ Sauce, onion rings, and cheese. To say we were impressed would be an understatement. We honestly were not expecting the burgers to be that good but wow, were we wrong 🍔 This was hands down one heck of a great burger and mine didn't even need sauce or ketchup. A truly good burger only needs cheese, seasoning, and quality meat and this had the perfect balance of all three. Even better? The meat comes from Brandon Meats & Sausage right across the street. We're really glad we were wrong about this place. Amazing food, a friendly bartender, a great vibe, and a true small-town Wisconsin experience. We will definitely be back especially anytime we're craving a really good burger 😋 If you're ever in Brandon, do yourself a favor and stop in at The Corner Bar 🍔👏
