I will preface this by saying, I have eaten here a lot over the nearly 23 years I have lived and worked in this area. This is the first complaint I have had. Today I ordered lemon chicken which comes with fried rice - or it should have. I got back to my office and had the chicken with no rice. I called to see if they would credit my card for the rice since I did not get it, and was told that I could come back for the rice or they would take my name and give me an extra order of rice the next time I come in. Well, I spent nearly 15 minutes in line to get my pick up order and literally had 8 minutes left of lunch (which I am taking to write this review) which did not give me enough time to drive back to their establishment and make it back to work and actually eat before my lunch was over. The only other option was to go back, order another meal and pay for it and then I would get extra rice. What the hell kind of racket is that?! Nearly ALL of their meals COME WITH RICE. WHY WOULD I EVER NEED A DOUBLE PORTION OF RICE?! Way to make it...
Read moreWe got dinner to go. It was all pretty delicious. Although, the battered chicken wasn't as crispy as I'd like. We had sesame chicken, which surprisingly was spicy. It was sweet as well. We ordered generals chicken and it had a sweet and savory sauce. It had some fresh veggies added for a splash of color. Tasty carrots and broccoli. It wasn't as spicy as the sesame... we also ordered Mongolian beef which was full of veggies and steak. The sauce was garlicky, savory, and sweet. The lo mein was good and plenty to share. It had a lot of noodles! We also had garlic chicken, the sauce wasn't what I expected. There was some sort of underlining unique spice. Turmeric or cinnamon?? Not sure. It was good though!! The garlic chicken, lo mein, and Mongolian all came with mushrooms. If you're not a fan make sure to ask for none. I would recommend checking to make sure all your food is there if you order to go. They forgot our rice for one if the dishes. No big deal. I...
Read moreI have VERY mixed feelings about this experience. It was our first time.. 3 adults. We got 5 meals. Ran $60..not at bad deal 👍🏼 The egg rolls and crab Rangoons did NOT come with the meals like the menu said 👎🏼. So did have to buy them separately. Which is fine. But don’t say it comes with it if it doesn’t. Moving on… My husband order shrimp with lobster sauce. The texture was way off and only had 3 shrimp. He did not like it 👎🏼. I love veggies so I did pick through 👍🏼 I had the sesame chicken and steak with garlic sauce. Thought they were both good 👍🏼👍🏼but the fried rice was either under cooked or old. 👎🏼👎🏼 alil crunchy and dry. Our friend got a steak with garlic sauce also. He did like it.👍🏼. The crab Rangoons were not good tho. No feeling and very crunchy 👎🏼 We honestly don’t know if we will be back. We are local. But from Texas… Asian food is slim...
