Screpesi's Sandwich Shop — Restaurant in Brecknock Township

The restaurant I wanted to eat at was closed. I headed to my next destination with the hope to find a restaurant on my way. Stopped at the red light, I spotted this sandwich shop. I decided to get a sandwich, even though I am not a fan of sandwiches. This little sandwich shop is very clean and has different types of chips, snacks, drinks. In addition to sandwiches, they also have pizzas. I made a mistake ordering the pizzas. It was thin and they sprinkled some dried herbs and cheese on my cheese pizza. I was expecting a cheese pizza with nothing sprinkled on top. If I had known, I would have skipped it. The small cheese pizza was inexpensive. I also bought 2 large bags of chips. I recommend avoiding the pizzas. They do not have restrooms for the customers. You will need to go to Turkey Hill, the gas station across the street. One of my dogs liked the cheese...

If I could make this no stars I would. Let’s start with the women behind the counter that’s just super annoyed about everything. I ordered a cheesesteak with tomatoes an pickles but instead I got a sloppy surprise. I should have walked out when she said they don’t have pickles. (A sandwich shop that doesn’t have pickles) Amazing! So I hear her yell to a person in the back to make a steak an I hear foil unrapping and a MICROWAVE beeping..... Needless to say when I got home an opened the rapping it’s was grease everywhere the entire roll was mush an discussing. Needless to say I threw the entire thing in the trash.

THE MOST CONCERNING THING IS THE CROSS CONTAMINATION. She wears glove the whole time touching the, phone,money,food, and everything thing else in the place. I’m glad she won’t get sick, but from reading other posts I now know why other people have...

What kind of sandwich shop is this? They have no variety on their menu, called a sandwich shop and dont even have burgers. I ordered a cheese steak sandwich with no sauce, no onions, they told me that the steak is already mixed with sauce and onions, that tells me that the steak is premade and just sitting out waiting to be heated up, kinda nasty... how hard is it to put steak on the grill, put cheese on it and put it in a roll? Apparently too hard.... also I ordered fries and they didnt have that either? They dont have hot sides either.... so I made it really simple for them. A ham and cheese hoagie. They added the ham and cheese and no mayo, didnt ask if I wanted mayo or not so I assumed it would be on... so I guess they don't have mayo either. This place...
