I am a Gringo, but kind of an expert with Mexican Food and my Spouse is from Oaxaca, Mexico.

We ate here Sunday,September 14th, 2025, around dinner time; it was our first visit. The food was very good! Five star!

BYOB, Clean appearance, clean bathroom. Good Food with a nice presentation, Spicy Salsa!

This is one of the only places in the area to find Mole Oaxaqueno, the spicy chocolate sauce, with dozens of ingredients in it. It has nuts in it so avoid if allergic to nuts.

The Enchildas de Mole Oaxaqueno con Pollo ( chicken ) was very good, of course comes with rice, beans, and salsa verde (green) and roja (red). Delicious!!!

Also had two Tamales ( only available on weekends ). They were authentic, and fresh tasting. The one with mole and chicken had a chicken bone in it. It sometimes happens, just pay attention when eating.

The owner Paola was the server and was friendly, conversive, and accurate. Her husband also waited tables and was nice.

See pics of the food. Also see pic of receipt, reasonable prices!

Grabbed some bagles for home ( for the next day ), they were large and tasty.

This place opens early for breakfast and is a great place for a casual lunch or dinner. ( They said they had egg whites options for those watching cholesterol ).

Don't let the “Fusion” part of the name fool you…….as this place has AUTHENTIC Mexican food.

I will be returning and am looking forward to trying their Guacamole, Huaraches, and Orchata.

They have a lot of Aqua Frescas to try. And they said they would give a small sample if unfamiliar.

We had a great conversation with Paola the owner…..when you visit tell them Marcos and...

Looking at some of these reviews people are being very critical and cranky. Let’s give the business a chance before you give a bad review. It will take some time to get things in order. Overall the bagels are very good and fresh. They are literally right from the oven. I agree that the bagels are not consistent in size but definitely not going to make me not go back. I do not think they are pricey at all thinking given the current state we are living in. Have we seen the price of cream cheese. I also agree they need to get the logistics down a bit and this morning I was pleased to see signs to say order here and pick up here. It does take a little long to get what you order but I think the workers are a bit green and we have to be fortunate for the people that want to work and learn. I am very supportive of this family owned business and welcome them to Herbertsville. I look forward to see their progress and iron the kinks out. Happy to have this place in the area and always nice to see a fresh...

Whoever is the owner of this establishment I high suggest you open your eyes before you let your business run into the ground. This was the second time I’ve tried this bagel spot. We don’t live in brick and we’re visiting family. We were told not to go here because of how bad it is, but it’s close by and I figured it couldn’t be that bad it’s a bagel restaurant right. I was very wrong. Two bagels with cream cheese and two coffees took 20 mins to make with only 3 costumers in the building. The staff unfortunately barely can communicate with the customers the man behind me was trying to ask the woman to cut his bagel in half and she didn’t understand. As someone that also speaks Spanish and English I thought there’s no way all three of these people don’t understand what he’s saying and did not intervene to translate. On top of poor customer service , poor communication, the bagels and coffee were awful. Next time someone tells me to go to a restaurant I’ll just take...

Gave a second chance because the first time I went was right after opening. I’d suggest shutting down temporarily and completely reworking the menu, recipes and approach here for the owners sake. If you keep charging steep prices for the product pictured, you will be closed up before summer. There are at least a dozen superior (and cheaper) breakfast options within a 10 minute ride. This bagel with a few burnt seeds isn’t an everything bagel. It has no taste and while I believe it was fresh as I saw them making fresh bagels, it somehow tastes stale, the pork roll was weird and dry (no shot it’s Taylor Pork Roll. I’d guess it was maybe frozen or just old) and the ketchup looked to be squirted into the center hole of the bagel after the sandwich was put together. I hate to trash a business, but you can’t charge people for this product and expect to stay around very long.

If I could rate 0 stars, I would. I’ve given manna so many chances. It seems every screw up became worse than the last. I order breakfast for my family this morning and everything was burnt. One of the owners tried to argue with me asking if I wanted it toasted. She told me I wouldn’t get a refund if I didn’t bring the bagels back, when I did all she wanted to do was argue. She rolled her eyes and scoffed in my face. I’ve worked in food service 10 years and haven’t seen anything so egregious. Terrible customer service and my family will never return. We gave this business every opportunity to redeem themselves and gave them the benefit of the doubt because they’re new. Now that I see how ownership behaves, it’s doesn’t surprise me that their quality is what it is. STAY AWAY!
