Maple Valley Meat Market — Restaurant in Bridgeport

Seen this place advertised on TV. Look like it might be a good place so we went! We were gonna have a steak sandwich asked for it medium rare. The staff person said we don't cook to order it will be well done! So then we ordered a cheese burger. I will have to say that it was the WORST Burger I have ever had. The bun was a loaf of bread.. And the burger was half the size of the bun! So we paided 25.00 for bread and a soda. One more thing. I asked were the restroom was so I could wash my hands before I ate.. She told me were it was only to find out there wasn't a dam sink in...

Bought two filets there today. Very disappointed. There was so much cartilage-like connective tissue that they were inedible. Plus, they were quite deceptive. The steaks looked beautiful on top but when I got them home and flipped them over, that connective tissue was everywhere. A filet mignon should NEVER have all of that hard cartilage running through it. I WOULD NEVER PURCHASE MEAT THERE AGAIN. APPARENTLY, THEY EITHER DONT CARE OR ARE CLUELESS ON HOW...

Hillbilly hospitality at its finest. Nice little out-of-the-way place for a breakfast or lunch with a great price. Very pleasant staff and a very clean restaurant. Local favorites served like a steak hoagie with Oliverio’s peppers and tomatoes. I had the bacon, egg and cheese on toast and could barely fit the toast in my mouth.
