Dunkin' — Restaurant in Bridgewater

We went to this Dunkin at 11ish on May 3, first off we wanted to order this drink we saw on TikTok, this women on the first intercom was being so rude and disrespectful..(giving us attitude) (saying you’re WEIRD for ordering that, I think you’re weird for working at at food service and commenting on other people’s food) and we took a couple mins to order because we had to look through the texts and she was like “WHAT ELSE?” “What the helly?” And was rushing us even though we took like a couple mins only and no one was even behind us. We were saying to this other girl cashing us out that why is this Dunkin so ratchet, which meaning “out of control" or "tacky” she was confused because she wasn’t on the intercom, when we went to the second window we kind of told the second women what happened and she was like really? And try to apologize. This first women walked over and was like you called me ratchet!? (We didn’t) (we said this Dunkin is ratchet) and she was like you saw that I’m black and you’re white it’s giving racist (First off, we didn’t see that you were black though the intercom, she was the only one who can see us. First I usually don't write these things unless ask to. I went to this dunkin this morning 3/18/23. I order a plain bagel toasted with veggie cream cheese on the bagel. The bagel wasn't toast it was like just heated up. It was rubbery and no cream cheese on it. I didn't have time to go back so I had to make the best of it. The reason I gave a three was because the kid at the window was ok and I ask for a plastic bag and the kid gave me one. Besides that I will say if you as a worker ask for a bagel toasted and you received a bagel like I got would you eat it. As a worker put yourself in the customers shoes. So I walked in and Noone was waiting so I ordered 2 bacon egg and cheese on crossaints with extra bacon and cheddar cheese. Rung up and waited close to 10 mins. A woman walks in about 7 mins into my wait and she placed order came over and had hers before me. Then mine came out. After hers. I got home and no extra bacon unless they call putting 3 half's of a slice of bacon on a sandwich. 1 piece and almost a half is what I really call it all cooked differently.
