Please be in mind that this review is based on their second weekend operating and comparing to the previous Pizza joint “Campus Pizza” As we patiently awaited the new Edis Pizza joint to open, we were curious on how the food was going to compare to the delicious older joint that was there. We ordered around 5:30 and it was only a 20 minute wait time for pick up. As we arrived they where VERY busy! We saw another customer walk up to the front and state she did not have her onion rings with her order and that it wasn’t on the her paid slip. They proceeded to apologize greatly and got her her rings in a giffy. After she received them, the lady at the front register was adamant she get back in line to pay for them... (she ended up leaving money on the desk and walking out as the line was long and she was waiting to eat her already delivered food and walked out.) Now on to our food. We ordered fried eggplant and marina sauce and a golden chicken pizza. The pizza was OKAY (more “honey” flavor than expecting but still good, it was a bit burnt(crispy.) The eggplant was less appetizing. The skin was chewy and it was charred black. They also gave two small plastic containers of marinara sauce which unfortunately did not cover the amount of eggplant received. I normally would give a three out of five for quality but because they just opened and they are competing with a high expectation and we’re busy I’ll be more lenient. I hope this review helps, I would give this place a shot again.

Read moreI feel badly for those who are blindly supporting this business that in exchange is serving its customers food that is tainted with human secretions. This place is a sanitation and cross contamination health hazard. Within minutes of waiting for my order, I saw:
Multiple maskless employees handling food. An employee eating out of the fryolator with their bare hands, touching their mouth and continuing to make food. An employee drinking their Dunkin’ Donuts coffee at the grill station,(while making food), and storing their coffee cup inches from the grill station, ON TOP of a cutting board that was actively being used for food prep. Employees touching their nose, adjusting masks with their gloved hands, then continuing to prepare food without changing out gloves (some employees not wearing gloves at all). Employees drinking from open plastic cups while handling food.
Upon witnessing this, I politely canceled my food order and requested a refund. The owner, Edi, followed me outside of the pizzeria, to my car and became confrontational. After I provided him with examples of each employee and every unsanitary act I witnessed in detail, he finally backed away...
Read moreThe food is decent sub shop food. My issue is the service you receive. I understand mistakes happen but it’s how you handle and resolve the problem. We ordered a cheeseburger plate, grilled chicken plate, and steak tips. Burger was cooked rare and they forgot the salads for the dinner plates. When I called I spoke to the owners wife. I told her about these issues and she said she will fix it next time and give me a free burger and 2 salads. Next time doesn’t help my Saturday night dinner and we did not feel like driving back over there. So I asked what about delivering those items. She replies it will be a 2 hour wait? So I then state just give me a refund on the burger and she said she can’t it’s to busy she’ll take care of it next time. She told me her name but frankly it went in one ear and out the other. I will not go back or recommend this place to anyone. Another issue is there prices online are not accurate at all. It was like $6 more than advertised prices. Unfortunately there is no really good options in this area which sucks. I’ll just drive to Georgios in...
