Tonight I Ordered From This Place Approximately Around 5:22pm, Spoke With A "Jay" If That's Even His Name, He Informed Me That My Order Will Be Ready In 30 Minutes, When I Arrived At 6:05pm They Just Started My Order, So We Waited Almost One Hour, Finally Got The Food Around 6:40pm Got Back To The House Only To Discovered They Left An Entire Order Out!!!! I Called Back & Spoke With Jay Regarding The Problem & He Asked Me To Come Back To Get It, I Asked Him If He Could Write My Name Down To Give Me A Credit; He Had The Nerve To Say " We Are A Small Family Business & We Can't Honor That"!!! Buyer Be Ware! I Will Never Go Back There Again! If They Treated Half Their Customers The Way I Was Treated Tonight, There Will Be No Family...

Horrible I was told 20 minutes, I waited 25 before going, had to wait another 15 when I got there because 2 people ahead of me, only 1 person in vestibule at a time. I was okay until I went in and still had to wait 10 minutes and my order wasn't right, I paid the bill and was told 2 minutes, okay. There was a guy outside who kept opening the door, yelling so I'm told to wait outside, I said no, not until I get my order (only one way in and out). I said just take it off and refund me the amount She all but threw the money at me. When I was leaving I tried to explain to the guy outside, to be called a F_____g B_____h. Then the food was cold, not very good and full of MSG. ...

This is the BEST TASTING Chinese food (take out) around the Beaver area. The store is located in Brighton Township at the Tusca Plaza. Large portions and Great tasting food - 5*! The service by the 2 owners (husband and wife team) is Excellent and they meet my expectations every time I order there. Combination platters are very filling which includes a good Egg roll, entre', with fried or steamed rice. You won't go wrong when ordering here!...
