When I arrived at 10 am, the establishment was empty of customers. I was greeting happily by staff and all my questions were answered regarding the menu. I decided upon the quiche, with seasonal fruit for $10, after I told them I had an iron allergy and was not allowed to to have spinach. She assured me the quiche had ham, mozzarella and cheddar. I also ordered a cup of coffee. This was an eat in order, so she gave me a ceramic cup. I picked my seat, and proceeded to get my coffee, which I decided upon the medium brew. I had to ask for more half and half as nothing came out of their pitcher on the counter. (I was told it had frozen.) The coffee sure tasted abnormally strong, not like a medium brew should. When my quiche arrived it was accompanied by 4 grapes, half a sliced apple and half a sliced orange. There was chives sprinkled over the quiche and on the apple, (I didn't appreciate chives on my apple.) The quiche was served on a bed of SPINACH! EVEN AFTER I TOLD HER I WAS ALLERGIC TO SPINACH!!!!! I was extremely upset. But, because of the reason I was there, I didn't say anything. I ate the inside of my quiche, and didn't touch the part touching the spinach. I ate only half, and took the rest home. This is why they received three stars. PLUS the eggs in the quiche were way overcooked inside AND the crust wasn't cooked enough. Cute little place in Brillion. Has street parking and some parking behind the building. Also very convenient drive thru as well. Plenty of seating inside and outside if you wish. We were greeted with a friendly smile and taken very good care of. They have a great selection of drinks from teas to coffees and a nice selection of food from cinnamon rolls to lunch sandwiches.

I ordered the salted caramel macchiato along with the 3 little pigs sandwich but upped it to an everything bagel instead of bread. I also got a cinnamon bun to go. The drink came out quickly and the food followed along shortly after.

I can’t say enough positive things about this place. Their employees are so kind, refreshing, funny, pleasant, and so personable. I actually have real conversations with them and they are so genuine. I just moved here and everyone has made me feel so welcome. The purple cold foam was made to match my aesthetic! Are you kidding me?! That is completely unheard of! No person has ever done that for me. I am so happy and grateful to have found this place. If I could I would go beyond 5 stars. Thank you so much for this...
