OUR FAVORITE!!!!! breakfast sandwiches you'll never find anywhere else! HOMEMADE flaky biscuits although smalll is SO good AND filling! Egg that fits neatly inside (not messy and nothing hangs over)just the right amount of thick cut bacon and topped with a splash of tomato relish topped with melted cheddar cheese all nestled between heavenly biscuits! They serve it in tinfoil to keep it piping hot. My husband and I take the 40 min trip each weekend just for these gems. So disappointing. I remember two years ago, walking in to the lovely ladies, outback, and hot pies coming out of the oven Scones and cookies ready to be snatched up and eat on the beach that day. I walked in. And no one greeted me. It was very confusing. They said they had no products because of a catering order that day. Unfortunately, it looks like they’ve expanded their business to serve regular food and not stay with their tried and true go to of delicious pies and baked goods. They were a bit overwhelmed by the line out the door, but I had preordered so I thought all was well. Alas the young person who attended to me at the window seemed panicked at my order slip and ultimately forgot a few items. Management made it up to me by leaving me my missed items for pickup, some at no charge. The quality of everything was outstanding. I highly recommend Basic Ingredients.
