We tried Don Patron for takeout. The person who answered the telephone barely spoke English and had great difficulty taking our order. We asked how many mini flautas came in an order and they said, "Three. No six. Wait a minute..." They asked someone else and then said "Eight. No, that sounds like too many. Six, yeah six." We got four.
The chicken flautas were so dry they were inedible. The chicken inside did not even look like chicken. It was more like a chicken paste (like canned chicken Spam) and had the texture of sawdust.
The chicken fajitas were also shockingly dry. The chicken was sparse and what was there was so dry that it was chewy. They overloaded the green peppers and onions to fill the plate due to the lack of chicken. Even with the extra peppers and onions, the plate looked to be half of what was shown on the menu. There was no guacamole and no shredded cheese as stated on the menu. The refried beans were canned mush like brown ketchup. There was about a quarter of a cup of Spanish rice.
All of the food went in the trash after one bite.
This restaurant was worse than fast food. Don't waste your time.

Read moreThe food and service was excellent!
My family and I were looking to try a new Mexican restaurant and we decided to try Casa Margaritas this past weekend. We were immediately served with chips and salsa and we went through the first batch very quickly and received more in short time. My wife and I both ordered house margaritas which were excellent. They were not overly sweet or tart or screaming with tequila. It was the perfect blend that I could have consumed all night and we each drank two. We ordered table-side guac and our meal. All of the food was delicious.
Our waiter was a handsome young man from Venezuela named Oscar. We had such a wonderful conversation with him and the other staff members. He stood there and memorized the exact details of each order and all of the meals came out perfect and I never so much as saw a pen in his hand!
When you're looking for a great drink and delicious food, head over to Casa Margaritas. When you're there, chat up the staff and get a cultural experience as well. I can't wait to return to try more meal options and have a pleasant interaction with new and...
Read moreThe food was okay. The service was okay, but it isn't a place that I'm like I really want to go back. Let's start with the food, the queso was fine. I had the chimichangas. I wish I would have had something different. When i read covered with cheese on the menu I expect not to see any tortilla because it is so covered with cheese. That was not the case. It was drizzled with cheese. They were also the smallest chimichangas I've ever been served. I got the one with beef and one with carnitas and beef. I wish I would have gotten both beef. I had to scrape the cheese off my other chimichanga to make it taste okay. The carnitas tasted pretty plain. Our server was okay. I wouldn't have had such a problem with him except he had a bluetooth headphone in his ear the whole time. That is so rude. He had to have been using it to because his phone kept blinking and we could see it through his pocket it was so bright. It was like a camera flash. Also, the parking situation was not great. They were busy on a Friday night and...
