CHECK YOUR FOOD BEFORE LEAVING!!!! RECORD ANY PHONE CONVERSATIONS!!!!! We decided to order here based on a friend's suggestion and clearly it was a terrible idea! My friend was embarrassed to have suggested this place. Our pizza was supposed to be Italian sausage and black olives. Once we got home and opened everything up we saw that the pizza was wrong. Although they had written Italian sausage and black olives on the receipt that isn't how they made the pizza. They replaced the Italian sausage with Pepperoni. I called and spoke with a woman and told her about our issue, she placed me on hold and when she came back she said we can replace your pizza tomorrow or give you your money back. I said okay we'll be there tomorrow. I came into the store the guy wanted to remake it. I declined because my son didn't like their pizza and my friend said they must be using a different sauce or something as the pizza didnt taste right and the dipping sauce for the breadsticks wasn't right as well. When I told the man this he said he didn't want to give me a refund and nobody told me they would give me a refund. I repeated what I was told about coming in for a new pizza or a refund. He repeated that nobody told me that. I said I didnt know I was supposed to record the call. I just wanted a refund on the pizza not the two orders of wings, mushrooms or anything else. He then started talking about specials and how he couldn't issue a refund because it was a special. At my friends suggestion I did take pictures of the pizza to show them the error. They didn't seem too concerned. As you can see the pizza wasn't even cut and had pepperoni and not the Italian sausage. We most certainly will...

I don’t dine-in so can’t speak to the atmosphere. I have ordered take home for a few years now. It is convenient to where I live and usually pretty good. They have messed up our orders several times and one time gave our phoned-in order to someone else then I had to wait for them to make me a new one. They didn’t compensate me in anyway for that inconvenience. Recently they have become stingy with their toppings that you pay for at $2.25 each. Eating a piece right now that was supposed to have pepperoni, sausage and onion and light red sauce. There was 1 whole pepperoni and a sliver of another, no sausage and three small pieces of onion that were maybe chopped to 1” long or less. There is absolutely no sauce on it at all. I thought “light sauce” meant to go easy on it, not to eliminate it altogether. When they make the pizza correctly and actually put a reasonable amount of toppings on it, the pizza is pretty good. Additional review: A few days after posting this review I received a call from Valentino’s wanting to talk about my experience. They were very professional and kind and wanted to make things right. We decided that the issue with no red sauce had a 50/50 chance of being a glitch in their online ordering or my error. Apparently the order came through to them with request for light white sauce and that is what they put on it. The light toppings issue was also addressed and they offered, on my next order, to give me a free cheesecake serving, or something like that (it’s been 3 weeks and I’m not real sure now). We got our order and took it home it was great had supreme large and order of mild wings! Looking forward to eating at the restaurant next time sooner than later! Changed out rating from 5 stars to 3 after eating inside. We sat down at a table we saw was dirty because we wanted to listen to a football game. The waitress brought menus and saw table was dirty and suggested another table, we declined. She came back and cleaned table and took our order. There was no smile on her face the whole time we were there. She didn't write down our order of wings, mushrooms and stromboli, she delivered mushrooms wings and a calzone. We were hungry and don't want to wait to correct it. I brushed my hand on edge of bench seat and noticed a spring was sticking out of the side of cushion that really could have gouged someone. I pointed this out to staff and they said it happens the night before. If a small child had tried to climb into this booth it would have been disastrous. They should have fixed it right away but was still like that when we left. Our waitress asked if we wanted a to go box and we also asked for check. She brought that and stood at front counter and straighten boxes before deciding to use the restroom. We decided just to take bill to front counter ourselves.
