Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Broadway

Having a really difficult time getting my order right over the past month, I’d say 5/6 of my orders have not been up to the dominos standard of pizza service. They forget dipping sauces a lot, no oregano on my thin crust pizza that I order every time, it’s literally the only thing I order from dominos for myself. It’s very little mistakes every order. I can understand having trainees but it’s been a month of the same order with the same mistake from this restaurant. I’m sorry one or two times is fine whatever, but that’s not the case we are looking at 5 to 6 consecutive mistakes to the same person. I don’t want replacement pizza and I’m tired of apologies. I want the service this restaurant once gave. Not the “oh sorry we didn’t make your order right... again would you like a coupon or another pizza to be brought to you?” Very disappointed not the way to keep your...

The food is always really great, the restaurant always looks super clean from what I can see, and the employees aren't very friendly but they're not rude or disrespectful either. BUT I am really having a huge issue with this dipping sauce greediness!! $1.50 for 1 small dipping sauce!? But ok..I guess I'll deal.... BUT if I am ordering something that every single other food place in the world always serves with sauce then AT LEAST ONE should come with it! I order cheesy bread. Every italian restaurant that you ask will tell u they ALWAYS give customers the marinara sauce or whatever sauce that they like to dip them in! I like the garlic butter dip and it's gotten to the point that I just come home and make it my dang self. $1.50 for a spoon full of butter and a pinch of garlic powder?!?!....

I moved to the area in fall 2023 and this was the first or second place in Broadway my now wife and I got food from. I've ordered from here maybe 4 times so far and every time it's been great! The staff is always friendly and it seems pretty clean in there. The most recent experience was on Valentine's Day. I was looking for something in particular and didn't see what I was looking for on the app so I called the store. I don't remember the associate saying her name but she was very friendly! I had a special request that required me calling in the order and that associate as well as the one who waited on me when I went to pick up my order were also friendly!
