I've been going to this place ever since I was a young kid it was great when Ramsey owned it and managed. I gave it a chance after Ramsey left everything seems to be okay but then I've noticed that every time they made my food it was good in the beginning. I used to get takeout so I would come and pick up the food well I never noticed it before when I went in I saw that they do not use gloves or wash their hands which is very disgusting and unsanitary. I got something for the whole family my daughter got a turkey sub the turkey was spoiled I went and complained and I asked them "don't you date your stuff" they looked at me like I had two heads. I told him "you taste it" he did not want too and said "oh no the turkey is fine" then I said "okay you'll let my daughter eat spoiled turkey but you won't" then I said "smell it now" he did then he said "that must have just went bad" REALLY?? He then threw it away and said "I'm very sorry I'll make you another one" I said "no I'm good." I will never step foot in that place ever again they lost my business. I guarantee that place will not stay open too much longer because of the way it looks inside of that place. The way they handle everybody's food with their bare hands. Listen if you still enjoy Panorama Pizza go to the one on the Southside on South Main Street Ramsey owns that one he is great he uses gloves and don't mess around with spoiled food you'll always get fresh from his restaurant. i’ve been going to this place for almost 2 decades now because my family has always got food from here and it used to be good but i think it changed management around 2015 and the food just declined in quality from there. i’ve ordered recently and been disappointed often. the chicken wing dinner is still good but the pizza has declined severely in quality. it tastes mid when hot and terrible after a day. i tried the turkey club, it’s pretty good but the bacon tastes extremely cheap. i had a bbq chicken calzone from there and the chicken was cheap, bbq sauce was not good, and i didn’t like how the cheese was burned to the top of the calzone rather than inside. my last recent meal was the broccoli chicken alfredo and the pasta was cooked well, the sauce is okay, but the chicken tasted like it had bbq sauce or something similar on it previously and it ruined the taste so i couldn’t eat the chicken. the place doesn’t try to hide its cheapness in person but presents itself as upscale online, setting itself up for a lot of customer dissatisfaction. they don’t even serve ketchup anymore, they give this ketchup-water stuff! i especially wouldn’t recommend this place if you don’t like overcooked/burnt food because the food usually comes like that, in addition to the poor quality. there’s better options for the same price point but i hope this place stops serving the cheapest food possible because i really did enjoy...

The people working here are fantastic, everything our family has tried on their menu (from sandwiches to calzone) is great too.

Whomever had the "butter experience" should have reported his experience directly to the owner/manager, that incident would have NEVER been acceptable to those working there, they are proud of what they offer and would have gladly replaced it (we have had items forgotten before, the driver has never once complained about going back to get something as small as a 16 oz. soda).

Our family has ordered from them for delivery and as walk-ins for 15 years. We don't have family working there and we don't work there either, we are regulars. By the way, in case you don't want to go through the process of making your own, their Baklava is AMAZING too!
