Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in Brokenstraw Township

The person on the speaker had no idea what they were doing and normally that I could handle but then I get to the window and they try to short me a $10 then I have to pull up to wait for my food then on top of all that I get home my which literally is a couple miles away from DQ I get home my chicken is rock hard my fries are cold cold my sundae I got I paid extra to have strawberry and chocolate and there is no joke has to squirts and like the fudge wasn't hot any more now my boyfriend nd I with 4kids go there alot and most times through drive threw but this is not the first time that we have had a bad experience if things don't get better we r gonna have to stop...

Food is usually good. Went today and asked before placing the order if they do moo lattes still. Was told they do. I ordered 2 mocha moo lattes and 1 frozen hot chocolate. They gave us 3 frozen hot chocolate and charged 15 dollars. Somebody messed up but instead of trying to correct it they pushed it out the window hoping it wouldn't be noticeable.
