Airport Crazy Horse — Restaurant in Brook Park

Went there last night I walk in manager and door girl were messing around with computer. Not a hi or we will be right with you. He looked like he was overwhelmed and confused. His attitude was very unprofessional. The young lady at door had no change to give me back for 20.00 bill again I'm waiting not a apology or care in the world. Finally the waitress Alexa looks at me gives me 10.00 back from her own pocketbook until he can make change. I finally enter the club I observe another customer trying to stop a guy from going into women's locker room because he thought it was an exit. The manager comes by yells at the customer who was trying to help the lost customer and protecting the girls privacy from him walking in there. The lost customer left and the helpful customer was upset that this manager yelled at him. Manager was totally unprofessional and lacks customer service skills maybe that's why the club was slow...

I'm not sure what in the world management thought they were doing on 10/30/2020.. I witnessed a full assault on a dancer(grabbing of the arms and pulling) as this girl asked her manager for help, he literally turned and walked away. I was in complete awe that this happened in front of me, im disgusted. The dancers do their jobs well, the drinks are a bit over priced but thats as expected. Overall a good experience but whoever that manager...

Remodeled! Looks amazing and updated on the inside. Now has a back bar and a designated smoke area out back. Bathrooms also redone and they are clean! Staff is professional and service is quick to cater to customer needs. Fantastic place. Josh the bouncer is super professional.
