Our place — Restaurant in Brook

I have been here more than once with friends. Every time I have eaten here, I end up with an upset stomach or am dissatisfied with the quality of the food. I have tried giving them the benefit of the doubt and making the drive anyhow, but it's no use. It seems to yield the same results, no matter what day or time I visit. A few friends of mine felt frustrated for me and insisted on leaving some critical feedback on both the Google Maps reviews and on the Facebook page for this restaurant. However, they were either met with passive-aggressive remarks from the owners, or they were completely removed.

Honesty and transparency are a must in the food business, and if there is an establishment that refuses to take feedback and accountability, then it seems clear to me that this is not the place for us. Others may have noticed that all of the reviews and comments are all overwhelmingly positive. That is no accident. I suggest eating somewhere that holds customer safety as a priority and does not...

Food is always good! Great place to be! Reading some other reviews a few left a poor review. They are an honest hard working family! Remember in all businesses across the country (I myself being self employed) as business owners we can't control everything single thing! Good help is hard to come by! The owners and the family are fantastic people and work extremely hard to please everyone! Before you say anything bad about this restaurant or any business you need to walk in the owners shoes. Don't let one bad experience make you talk poorly of any business. We always enjoy great food and service. We all have a bad day...

Made the trip over from Illinois tonight on a recommendation from a coworker. 100 percent glad we made the trip. My wife and & I had the loaded fries for an appetizer. Fries were crispy and hot. Generous amounts of bacon, cheese, onion and cheese sauce. My wife had the buffalo chicken wrap and I had the kickin chicken. Everything was fresh and hot. Could not be happier with the food and the service. And as a bonus…… they have amazing vanilla ice cream. Will definitely be making...
