Taco Bell — Restaurant in Brookland

Absolutely disgusting and unacceptable!! This is the 2nd time that I have placed almost $40 orders at this location and received absolute trash. The 1st time this happened ordered through the app hoping everything would be correct and when I made it home my family started opening everything so that we could eat and immediately noticed everything was cold, not prepared correctly, the 7-8 tacos were LITERALLY over half empty, the $6 chalupas were so hard, tough and stale that they crumbled like a taco shell. I was livid and immediately drove back to the restaurant and complained and the managers was extremely apologetic and prepared the entire meal over again CORRECTLY so I refrained from leaving a bad review in hopes that it was an isolated incident and that the employees would be retrained on how to properly prepare items and pay attention to order details but now 3 weeks later it's the exact same issue.. The pics are of a soft shell taco "SUPREME", bean burrito and crunchy taco SUPREMES. Both times I was the only car there in the drive thru and no customers inside and still waited 15+ minutes only to receive cold scraps....

They have messed up my veggie power bowl several times. I don't really tend to care that much when they do, but tonight they completely forgot the beans. They were also out of a particular tortilla shell (which happens, I get it) but it made most of my regular veggie options obsolete even though I asked if they could just put my bean burrito in the shell they had available, they wouldn't do that.

Most of the time the veggie power bowls are a little sparse on ingredients, so I like to something extra with it but tonight I ended up with a rice and lettuce salad and an order of nachos with half the ingredients removed and I paid double what I usually pay.

Highly disappointed in the food. If they were out of beans as well as shells they should have told me. The only reason I am not giving a lesser rating is because they were friendly.

I do think that taco bell should be more consistent with the power bowls I always order them, but they are...

I don’t usually write reviews, but my recent visit to Taco Bell left me genuinely frustrated and most of that frustration stems from the poor service I received from an employee named Maddie. Let’s start with the basics: I came in just looking for a simple, satisfying meal—tacos and nacho fries. Nothing fancy. Instead, I got a chaotic mess. This is where things got worse. When I got my food, I noticed my tacos were completely crushed like someone had physically squeezed the life out of them. They weren’t even remotely intact, just a sad pile of shell fragments and fillings. As for the nacho fries? Maddie somehow managed to dump them upside down in the bag and fries everywhere. Between the crushed tacos, the upside-down fries, and the dismissive attitude, this visit was a complete letdown. I left feeling like I paid full price to be disrespected and served poorly...
