After a wait time of over an hour as the online time line was over, the time line showed the pizza was out the door to be delivered.....ok cool!.. ( I can walk to the store in 5 minutes ..just so you know) We waited another hour and still no pizza... So tried to call and see if there was a problem.. And too see how far away the delivery guy was.. figured .. Saturday night bar rush.. Waited for a half hour for them to answer this phone,. (automated phone, please wait we will be right with you.. kind of thing..). We knew they were closing now shortly.. 2am.. Now it's an hour and a half after pizza was to have left the store... We decided to drive over and see what's going on....since they would not answer the phone. We get there at 1:40am the door was locked ..open sign was off, lights inside were on.. no one to be seen and a car out front...
What the heck... Double checked the store hours. They said open till 2 am.. so I knocked on the door for like 2 minutes before someone came to the door.
They came and unlocked the door.. We told them what was going on.. He told us they was down to 2 drivers. He was polite.... He offered to make an new pizza .
But neither he or the other guy that said he was just clocking in would answer (why they did not answer they phones). The second guy ..when I asked him if there was a manager on duty in the morning.. .. just plain out ignored me while he was standing in front of the computer ..on his phone texting....
This is why I am writing this here... Instead of calling the manager to tell him the first guy was very polite and handled things well.. (I will call as well)
If they had answered the phone.. So we could have asked the questions we would not have got to the store to find it locked up..looking like it was closed and so on..
And we would not have felt like we just got ripped off..

Read moreI ordered pizza from the Brooklyn Park location yesterday at 3:20pm for delivery. 2 1/2 hours LATER NOTHING!! I had even tried calling and waited 30 min and no one ever answer so I drove down to the store and i waited in line for 5 min while i was waiting the phone did not stop ringing and NO ONE bothered to pick it up! Finally I explained that I had placed an order and that it has been over 2 hours and nothing. he explained that they were backed up and my order would be ready in 7 min. 5 mins later i asked another staff on the status of my order he said it would be ready in 7 min. I told him that someone told me it would be ready in 7 min 5 MIN's AGO!! I continued to wait/ Finally i received my order and i told him i wanted to speak to the manager because i don't think i should have to pay for this order and the employee started to act smart with him. I told him that i called and no one answered and since i was waiting no one had answered the phone and they had about 6 people on the shift working. He then went back to talk to his manager and very rudely they gave me back my money. But VERY VERY BACK CUSTOMER SERVICE!! they could of at least answered there phone to explain that they are backed up and give us an option but nothing! I am very upset on how this location...
Read moreI order from this location often and today was the last day ordering from this store - they will not get my business. There have been two incidents where the service was unacceptable - fist incident Happened in October- I placed the order- paid for the pizza and the pizza never arrived I called a few days later to get my money back spoke to the manager on the evening shift And explain to him the situation where the pizza never arrived ! I forgot to follow up for my refund , I still have the confirmation email and text messages from my kids waiting on their pizza from that night . Fast forward to today , order placed online as I usually do - after about two hours my kids called stated where is the pizza ? I was out on a date with my husband and was shocked the pizza hadn’t arrived. I called and spoke to the manager - same manager again from October - He explained that the delivery time was two hours . According to the the online status delivery time was about 60 minutes to 70 minutes . According to the online status the pizza was quality check at 8:30 but per the manager there were five orders ahead of mine for delivery. Honestly, I don’t think I would’ve received my order tonight so I canceled it and now my kids are left hungry and we have to go pick up...
