Strait up, these are the best wings I’ve ever eaten. I consider myself a wing expert, and I’ve always said no restaurant will beat my wings, I can now say, I have finally met my maker, and I have no problem admitting it. First things first, I always ask for my wings extra crispy, not because I actually want them that crispy but if you don’t they come out soggy and sad, so I just ask so there normal, these wings came out so hot and crispy I almost cried tears of joy, you could cut up all of your wings with the crispy edge on the first one I picked up. Second, all the sauces I tried were clearly made by hand and from scratch, no artificial bottled flavor, and the choices are very inventive and set them apart from the rest. Third of all, sides, the idea of a wing shop is so simple it’s hard to do it all perfectly, so normally when the wings are that good the sides may be lacking, quite the opposite, fries where well seasoned and crispy, onions rings (which were also clearly hand made) and fried pickles all followed suite. Like i said, there’s nothing to hide behind when your talking something as simple as wings and sauce, you have to kill it, and they really did! We came in with a party of 5, we were told that it was going to be a 30-35 min wait. No big deal, we sat at the bar and got drinks and fries. Once we were told our table was ready, the hostess came over and said the server had gone on break so we actually couldn’t be seated and needed to wait longer. It took an hour to be seated. Once at our table, it took 15 min for our server to greet us. Once she asked us for our drink orders, she interrupted us and said she needed to go grab the electronic device to put the order in. She was gone for 15 min talking with girls at the bar (who also worked there but were sitting and having drinks), learning how to use the device. We place our order. 30 min later, our appetizer comes out but no silverware. It took another 10 min to track someone down to ask for silverware. We waited over an hour for our entrees (wings) but we never got our food. Not only did we get no food but the only viewable tv was playing a talk show about dental implants. So we got to watch disgusting teeth while waiting. The shots were also nasty. Our party was there for over 2 hours and only had drinks, fries and our appetizer. We left without getting our food.
