Pizza Studio, two Domino’s, Buddy’s Pizza & Steak, and Rocky Rococo’s are all within just a couple miles of this location. I cannot say for certain that they are better than this Papa John’s, but I can with 100% confidence tell you that there is no way they’re worse.
Ordered 2 pizzas, a side, a cookie, and a soda. The first order to arrive was left on the front porch (without any attempts to contact me to tell me it had been simply left there) more than an hour and a half after I place the order. That order was a completely wrong order with an address and customer name on an entirely different street printed directly on the side of the box (sorry Simone P, but your pizza has gone to waste).
I called to request a refund and was told by the manager, “Actually, I’m not able to issue a refund.”
In lieu of a refund I was offered a “satisfaction guarantee” which was, I believe, the manager making an attempt at comedy. I don’t often suggest that someone quit their job to go into comedy, but I’ll make an exception for this gentleman.
I placed a second order, because there were hungry people that had expected pizza, and when it arrived 45 minutes later (an acceptable amount of time for delivery, to be fair) it was not fully accurate either, but at least the address on the box matched mine.

Read moreService from this location has been hit or miss at best. Either pizza is overdone or underdone. I don't like the fact that they use DoorDash drivers either. Doordash service has been piss-poor for me.
The last delivery that I received the driver did not even greet me. The first thing out of his mouth was, "Don't forget to rate me." What? Really?? I haven't even had a chance to LOOK at the pizza, let alone eat it and you are asking me to give you a "rating" without even introducing yourself?
