The Brush Valley Bistro — Restaurant in Brush Valley Township

Going to this establishment was a poor experience all around. They were sold out of their daily special, so I ordered a chicken sandwich which took 15 minutes or more to prepare. When it came out, it was possibly the worst chicken sandwich I've ever had. It was incredibly dry and the bread was sliced such that it was impossible to keep any toppings from falling off of the sandwich. I wanted to order a latte, but was informed that no one working there knew how to make a latte, despite it being a menu item. I also purchased two desserts, which, despite being average at best, were somehow the best part of this whole experience. Although this location is somewhat off the beaten path, it is well worth the detour to stop in and grab a quick bite to eat or enjoy the coffee and a sweet treat!
