Iam a disabled man i suffered a debilitating stroke which left me paralyzed on my left side i have difficulty walking im ne in the area and i wanted to try this place but it has bankruptcy hours i should up 2 hours before it opened so i waited in the heat for the to open i sat on a picnic table so i walked into the restaurant because the door was opened an i was asked to go out side because orlando the janitor was offended by me walking in 5 minutes early so i had to back in to the heat to watch orlando the janitor unload all the walmart groceries from his car to supply the restaurant im not an entitled man but im am entitled to a good lawyer this why the owers of a bissnuss have to be present this what destroys restaurant an unprofessional disrespectful employee will alway cost an employer money so i k ow nothing will be done abou this my waitress was onpoint and full of professionalism i had a cold drink in just over 2 minutes hot food in under 10 minutes very respectful young lady she even help me with my back pack because my left are is paralyzed from my stroke its all on the video theres cameras everywhere in that place i made sure istay in front of them and the walmart frozen chicken strip were horrible but they were hot so i feel that i will never fo back to that place and waste my money there ever again and i strongly recommend that my waitress should be the night manager her professional performance is all on camera actually the whole thing is on camera im a very scary looking 56 year old man im on camera if you do not believe me il have to try a different place...

the only good thing here was the band. I've been here multiple times, and every single time they take over an hour to bring out any sort of food, including chips and salsa. last time we came, our fries took an hour to come out, and when they finally did, they were cold.

many other reviews here have said they were "slammed" and there were only two other tables there. they have said this to us on many occasions, once when we were the only ones here.

the waiter was very kind, but the owner was unbothered and unhelpful when we asked him to check on our food, again. as a matter of fact, we are still here, waiting on our food. it has almost been two hours. I don't suggest this place for anything other than the band. it's simply not worth your time.

update- we left before ever getting our food. if I could give zero stars I would.

as a matter of fact, they charge a cover charge to even enter. the money from that is supposed to go to the band playing. they weren't charging the cover charge. meaning, the band wasn't being paid the amount they were supposed to be paid. we know people in the band, and we know this. if you go, bring your own drinks and snacks, and tip the band before you leave if you want them to gain anything from their work.

edit since I can't seem to reply to the owner: we have literal time stamps. we won't be eating there again, and will tell our friends...

My husband and I went to eat dinner last night and had horrible service experience. We showed up at 7pm, very excited as we found somewhere new to eat. We sat ourselves as the sign told us to do but were not waited on. After 15 minutes of waiting, we went to the bar to order drinks. At this same time, a waitress came by and let us know that she would be by shortly to take care of us. We walked up to the bar to order food at 7:50pm after waiting to be check on, but no one ever came by. There were waitresses walking around us and checking up on tables next to us, but no one stopping by our table. We were not checked up on again until 8:30 pm. Our food arrived at 9pm and was lukewarm at best. We asked to take it home but were told it would depend on if there were to go boxes or not (and I guess there were not as we were served our food after waiting for over an hour). We understand that there were new employees training, but not to be checked on for over an hour is insane. It was also not that busy when we first arrived, as we were the only ones seated in the section we were at, but got busier as the night went on. Sad, because we enjoyed the atmosphere, but the service ruined...
