Sho Nuff Smokehouse BBQ — Restaurant in Bryan

Atmosphere: I can't speak about their establishment, due to meeting them for the first time at the For The Culture Market. But if their hospitality is any indication of their atmosphere, then I am all for it. Eveyone was so well spoken and truly felt like they wanted you there.

Service: I feel only so much service can be given at a food truck in general,but Sho-Nuff Smokehouse BBQ hit it out of the park. From the honest recommendations of Norma, to the manager/lead talking about the location of their establishment, Floyd having passion in making his BBQ, and it didn't even stop there. After getting the Triple Threat Sandwich, they kindly asked for my beverage and chip selection, to even go the lengths to clean up part of a table so i could sit down and enjoy my sandwich. Hands down the best service I have recieved at food stand.

Quality: I was contemplating the 1 meat plate but Norma sold me on the Triple Threat Sandwich (beef+link+rib). Floyd even went out his way to make it for a presentation, true to show his craft in making the dish. Sandwich had so much flavor and it was great have the various BBQ in one meal. I look forward to trying their sides as well, seeing that the sandwich encompassed most of their BBQ.

EXTRAORDINARY !!!! There is nothing ordinary about this BBQ! If I could give more than 5 stars I would. This is hands down the best BBQ in Bryan. The portions are huge. THe brisket was moist and tender. The prices are so reasonable. The customer service was PHENOMENAL!!!! They even offer oxtails that are to die for. Plus homemade desserts. Sho Nuff saved my bacon and came to a school event when our vendor dropped out. Super last minute but oh my gosh am I glad they found us! The owner was very kind and they were on time.
