Racial Discrimination - I and my friend were waiting to be seated. Because of the current situation virus and all other stuff there were only 4 tables available for people to Dine-in and from that there was only 1 table available for us to sit by the time we went inside the restaurant. We waiting for more than 15 minutes and none of the server shows to us. I went and ask the server if we could sit at the available table. The server said that the table is already reserved. I asked him if we could do take out. while we were waiting for the food, a couple comes and asks the server if they could dine-in, the server without any hesitation he takes them towards the table. we were shocked seeing the server making them sit. We checked there is no reservation system for the restaurant and we were disappointed with the guy and I don’t know for what reasons he told us that the table was not available but to me it clears shows that he doesn’t was us to Dine-in as we are of a different skin color.
Guys, I love America, American people and I came here to study and start a new life and I have a huge respect and love for the people in USA. I feel some people are not welcomed still. Sometimes I feel if you are of a different skin color you are treated differently at few places. I can easily ignore what the guy has done to me but this won’t stop until someone has raised voice against this. I went home disappointed and since then I can’t stop thinking about what happened to me. I know some of you might think this is just a small thing and it doesn’t matter. But this is the thing that changed my whole perception about the people here. I still come across this kind of situation. I am sorry to say that I and my friend were sad and we aren’t happy with what had happened to us.
While we leaving from restaurant my friend asked the other server whether the restaurant had any reservation system. He replied “NO”. We told them that this is not good that you did to us today and the server had no answer to us and simply walked away.
I still love all people and won’t not stop going to places if I still face this kind of situation.
Thanks for your patience and taking your time to read my experience. I know few might agree with me or not but I just want to share my experience and let others know and if anyone faces similar situation they should be able to tell the person we still love you and we don’t care...

My daughter and I were extremely hungry after a day of hiking. We were also tired, so we decided to go to Cowboy Ranch House since we didn't have to drive.
We expected some kind of sauce with our jalapeno poppers, but there was none. Maybe we read wrong. We asked if any sauce came with the poppers, and we were offered Ranch. Even with the dressing, they were average - 2.5 out of 5.
My chicken tacos, the bean/corn salad, and the salsa were good! (3.5 to 4)
But the cilantro lime rice side dish was curiously uninspired, really flavorless, and un-seasoned. It did taste sour but no flavor and oddly off-pitting- 1 star out of 5. My daughter also had the rice as one of her sides, but because of lack of flavor, we both tried to improve the rice dish with salt, then hot sauce, then ranch dressing. Didnt help.
My daughter's main course was penne with veggies for $18.00. She chose buttery pesto. Our mistake to think she was going to get the green basil Italian pesto. But even if we had anticipated the wrong sauce, all would have been okay if the dish tasted good. It didn't. After trying to improve the dish again with the above 3 aforementioned ingredients, she gave up. She was upset and refused my offer to order her somethimg different. I want to emphasize that we were both very hungry, and we would have devoured almost anything gratefully. But for her to not eat, that tells you that the food wasn't prepared well.
Also, I read how good the service was here. And I don't want to get anyone in trouble. But the gal who sat us was curt, and the gal who served us wasn't trained, I think. There was an almost full plate of food on the table, but our server didn't ask if something was wrong. With that much food left, most servers would offer a to-go box.
When we left, there were 3 people at the front. But no one thanked us or said goodbye. I want to emphasize that we had not complained.
My daughter said it was remarkable that in such a competitive restaurant world that this one doesn't even try. "One should at least try to season the food."
I don't feel good that I had to write this review....
Read moreThe worse experience ever. They weren't that busy, and it took 25 min to get a menu after being at the table.
We ordered drinks and an appetizer. Drinks came out fine, but never once did they come to refill them. They took our order and I asked for a dinner salad, still appetizer was not brought out.
After 45 minutes, did not yet get my salad and still no appetizer to eat. During this whole time, five (5) tables sat, ate, and left. After we asked where our food was, they brought it out. My wifes plate said it was smothered in beans, yet no beans on her plate. I had a 15oz rib-eye medium-rare. They placed the steak on top of the fries which soaked up the meat juices... all of it, the fries and stake was totally cold.
I cut off the fat (over half was a big chunk of fat) I separated the meat and sent the plate back to be quickly heated (just put it on the flame for 20 seconds each side, also, thru-a-way the fat and the cold soggy fries- I instructed) 15 minutes later it was brought out on a new plate, with the same soggy cold fries and a over well done cooked ribeye stake. I about gagged trying to take a bite.
The waiter brought us the bill and said he talked with the manager, but the best the manager would do is take $12 off the bill. My ribeye alone was $30 and didn't get to eat anything on the plate. Oh did I mention we never got our appetizer but they charged us for it.
I asked to speak with the manager, but he never came out, never apologize for the bad service and bad food.
To bad Chef Ramsay...
