Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Buena Vista Charter Township

I ordered, paid online, gave a tip and received updates on delivery time, went downstairs waited for a knock on door or the doorbell NOTHING (heard some scratching) realizing that it was taking to long, decided to open the door, and there is my pizza on the ground and a cat eating it! So I call Little Caesars and they tell me they have nothing to do with it, that it's "Door Dash" and I need to call and make a complaint. Well I didn't make a order with doordash I made an order with Little Caesars. So they gave me the corporate number for Little Caesars I called made a complaint and they're referring it to the complaint department to make a determination to receive a refund. So I'm out $23. I ordered a Detroit style deep dish pizza. It is advertised as an 8 corner pizza. I received a 3 corner pizza. The entire outside perimeter of my pizza was dough- no crust. I took it back to the store for a refund and the manager argued with me telling me there was nothing wrong with it and hes been working here for 30 years and he straight up got loud with me. I was pretty heated and said I had been coming here for 30 years and I have NEVER been handed something like this.
