On Thursday 8.28.21 we arrived to the drive thru at 10:40pm. Sat line for 9-10 min to get to the speaker to be told they are close. They closed at 10:50...10 min early. Or say 11 bkz the car in front of us left without being able to order either. So I Google the number and verified, per google, they closed at 11pm. Called, the man answered the phone I asked what time they close already knowing the answer. He said they are closed now. I asked for a manager he said he is the manager. I asked for his name. He said he can not give that out. I asked for the managers name on duty tomorrow, he said he does not know. I asked for corporate offices phone number. He said he does not have it. So I said you must not really be the manager. That he does not want to give me this info because he already knows I know he lied and they closed early on a whole line of people that have been waiting. I let him know I will be calling the store in the morning and his corporate office to let them know of this and that he portrayed himself as a manager. He said something that was inaudible to me. When I said excuse me he said bye and hung up on me. If this is the service that McDonald's except they may want to consider lowering there wages and lowering their prices. No one wants to be treated like that and still spend their money there. This is unprofessional and I will continue to make sure people hear about this till this is rectified by a manager making...
Read moreHorrible service! I ordered on the app and checked into a curbside spot when I got there. The drive thru was busy when I arrived, so I at first didn't think anything of things taking a while. But when drive thru slowed down, and cars just pulling up to order started leaving with their food, and i STILL don't have my order, I got a little upset. I decided to leave curbside and go to drive thru. They said "we ain't got no mobile order" Now I'm getting more upset, because I had a receipt on the app proving I paid for the order at that location. After some more "we ain't got no mobile order, what the order number?" I gave them the number and before I got a response, while I was still at the speaker, someone brought the order they didn't have out to my car, with the curbside spot I sat in for over 20 minutes on the receipt. Ok cool, now I have my order, but of course my fries are like ice now, and my double quarter pounder was full of lettuce, tomato, and mayonnaise. I didn't ask for these to be put on there, and I'm pretty sure these aren't normal items on a quarter pounder. Read moreI have been going to this particular McDonals for years. They have had some amazing people working. The last year had been unfortunately bad. Today is the last time. My husband and I went in to get food for out 3 kids before date night. The drive up was long so we thought why not go in. I get it was Saturday at almost 5. I understand that I wasnt being completely clear because I requested. 2 Big kids meals. I did Ask a question about the sizes I ordered because I thought I had messed up and wanted to save the clerk trouble. He was unbelievable rude. Not once but twice. He was a short muscular gentlemen who apparently didn't want to be working. I get it. I worked customer service for 20 years and was in Management. Things get crazy. But I never spoke to a customer the way he spoke to me. I left the restaurant to compose myself. My husband said other customers complained about his rudness. Other people came and went with orders.
