I frequently visit this location as it is on my way to and from work and must say that for being just a small gas station location they are usually on point. Service and social interactions have always been very welcoming and courteous, even took care of me on one occasion as i was $1.50 short, without any cash or plastic on hand- making me a very embarrassed yet grateful customer. As for product, its ALWAYS been fresh, hot fries(not completley coated in salt👍) pickles and tomatoes still cold and crisp to the bite, and nicely constructed and spread evenly on the bun. If i have 1 complaint, and its a minor one at that, they error on the total bill of sale more often then not(but are quick to correct, apologize, and offer a free item when they are on the error side), and of course the drive thru does take longer then one would anticipate, it being " fast food" and all. But i would trade a little longer wait time any day over a rushed sloppy mess of a meal!! The virus guidlines does not help them in this subject due to most people using the drive thru option compared to the "dine in" option 99% of the time. Over the other Wendys' locations in Saginaw, i would choose this one again and again hands down!! This has only been my experience with this location as i am sure everyone has/ had their own...
Read moreI have ordered from this location for several months as it’s one of the few locations between my house and my job. At least once, if not multiple times per week I have to wait for these individuals to remake the food. For context, I get bacon double stacks nearly every time. They have repeatedly forgotten to put bacon on, they’ve left pickles on, and sometimes it’s even the onions. There have been two occasions where this location has closed early despite the posted time because they “have a fire inspection in the morning”. I’ve worked fast food, this is the first place that has went out of their way - likely due to laziness, that closes early to clean. That’s what you close for, clean, then leave. Both times, I haven’t been refunded. God forbid if you ever try to call to get that done, they don’t even pick up the phone. I bet they do if it’s a manager or corporate because of caller ID. Making items on the menu isn’t hard, and the systems put in place for workers to see the orders ensures minimal error…but it’s like these people don’t even read the order? Edit: I forgot, after about 10 pm they just drag a trash can in front of the drive-thru, so good luck ordering or picking up...
Read moreThis by far is the worst Wendy's I have ever visited. I cannot believe Wendy,s would not pull there franchise their. The food was horrible the service was even worse. We waited 30 minuets to get our order and only to throw it in the trash. $22.00 wasted. The food was cold, dried out and stale like it had sat out for 24 hours. Tried to call customer service what a joke you cannot get a live person. I will never eat at the Flying J's Wendys again. The staff seems all stoned or high. They were out of american cheese, bacon, tomatoe, lettuce and frosties . Seven staff members were present but no one wanted to wait on us, they just starred and the manager was wiping the bun packages off with a cloth also ignoring us. Well I will wait for a refund or a call back from corporate service but I will not hold my breath. I will never recommend this Wendys to anyone...what a shame and disappointment.
