Sidelines East Sports Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Buena Vista Township

Went here a couple times and actually enjoyed it the 3rd time I came here I paid 20 bucks for the jukebox when a song came on that the bar maid didn't like She just went ahead and turn it off and skip it... She said that the sound of the music was horrible and she didn't like it, well I got news for you sister there's a lot of songs I don't like but I don't complain about them especially when someone's paying their hard earned money to play a song that they wanted to hear but you didn't like it ... (My brother passed away recently and i played it in his memory) there was nothing rude or offensive about this artist or selection! Sidelines lost me as a customer that minute when the bartenders dictate whos songs are good enough to be listened to or skipped over because they don't like the music!!!. I won't be back to any of your establishments. You have great food and drinks ... but your staff SUCKS!

Update so I've actually pulled into the front of sidelines today but then I realized how bad they treated me the last time I was there so I went down to the Root Cellar where they always treat me...

We went on Friday night around 8:30 for wings and a couple beers. We didn’t mind the wait and sat outside in the tent area the bar was filled Finally our food order came after two round of drinks ... the clams came out cold and the wings came out with a basket full of 1/4 wings. Yes 1/4 wings. As if the split the flats in half and tried to serve them as a full order of wings. We were really upset when the table beside us ordered wings also and they received the regular order of wings. When questioning the very polite waitress and waiter. They both said they couldn’t believe we were getting served this but someone in the establishment said. We have to serve them to someone because we ordered the wrong ones ugh to my surprise very sad. Well we work a local establishment ourselves and will never again send another person here Working in the food industries for many years if you get the wrong order you can refuse. They should be completely embarrassed by what...

I was down here on a job and happened to be working across the street from this place. Decided to to take a chance at eating lunch at the local bar…. Why not right? Well what a pleasant suprise! Bartender was super pleasant. Prices are affordable for a New Yorker like me, but the SEAFOOD HERE IS AMAZING. I took a chance. Ordered some seared AHI Tuna, and a fried Panko Shrimp. I dont know how the quality of the seafood is so good. Actually so GREAT!!!! They must have a good seafood connection because i came back and had the crab linguini and same thing! Fresh, great quality!

Somebody needs to find out their secret. I would eat here ANYTIME. The chef is probably some secret retired chef from a 5 star restaurant somewhere.
