Uncle Ricky's Outdoor Bar — Restaurant in Buena

I usually have a good experience here but on 7/10/24, coming here ruined my night. All I wanted was a drink and appetizer to unwind, but there were quite a few people drunk at the bar, a female just cursing at other people including the bartender , being really sloppy and when my man and I were trying to cash out because the atmosphere sempt hostile, the bartender had had enough apparently and he started yelling and scolding everyone at the bar including us and all we wanted to do is pay and leave. Then when we were given the receipt it showed we were charged for 4 long islands and we only had 3, and when I brought this to his attention he then proceeds to go back to the register only to come back and scratch off the error in pen then asks me, what's 47 minus 9 do you know? When I said 38 he then writes $38 in pen on the receipt and says we owe him $38 and I was like did you even reverse the first charge and then he said did I run your card? Yes you ran our card, it’s on the receipt! Omg it was a mess, at this point we were fed up and said nevermind forget it, keep that extra charge, you are having a rough night! Then he offers to give me a chip and I was like what is this for and he said a free drink when you come back, I told him, no you keep it! The whole experience was just horrible, and the people were out of control. I felt for the bartender up until I became part of the scolding and got overcharged a drink. Id give this place 0 stars if I could. Besides the mundane usual crowd, the place is kind of known for being hostile and OLD, the only new crowd you'll find are first timers. The waitress was great, I hope she is appreciated there as much as she should be. The music is incredibly loud, heard for even blocks down the street during "karaoke" nights. Loud does NOT equal better, good luck having any sort of conversation besides "WHAT?" "HUH?". Id love to buy the singer a drink just to shut them up once in a while. I really think this place has amazing potential for the new customer base around it. Making it more age-friendly considering the growing crowd around their establishment would really help. Serious changes should be made to future proof any hope of this business lasting beyond the ~10 years their current customer base has left to live. :l Food wasnt an option as stated by previous reviews so I decided to stick with things I knew I liked. First time going to this place, it is a quite cool place to hang out. Live music was great. The singers go to the tables on their break to say hello to the customers, I think that was really nice of them. I ordered food to go, personal pizza tasted like box pizza for the price, not planning to order it again. Mozzarella Sticks were good, calamari probably will taste great if you eat them right out the kitchen, by the time I got home their were rubber, so trying them next time while hot. Hot wings were great, and even when they got cold, they were nice and crunchy, but they should toss them well in the sauce, I got some wings just with a drop of sauce on them. Some staff are great help, some they didn't even smile at you. I decided to go to the outside bar and order my drink, the girl tells me, she doesn't have it, for me to go back inside to get it. I was a bartender before, and I would've never done that to a customer. She should've sent someone to get it at least. Overall, the entertainment was 5 stars.
